Nordberg LT95

Compact, efficient and intelligentWith the new Nordberg LT95, Metso Minerals unveils anew size class in the mobile crushing plant series forcontractors. Being compact, efficient and intelligent, LT95meets the challenges of contract crushing today,combining excellent mobility, high crushing capacityand good availability.

The Nordberg LT95 crushes all feed materials equallyeffectively, from hard rock to all mineral based demolitionmaterials, opening up new business opportunities. Theunit can achieve crushing capacities of up to 300 mtph.

Advanced intelligence with the new IC500

LT95 incorporates a highly advanced, intelligent processcontrolling system, the new Nordberg IC500, as astandard feature. The IC500 controls and adjusts all thekey parameters in the process for optimum crushingresults, and also has the ability to learn.

Two machines in oneThe Nordberg LT105S mobile crushing plant is a goodexample of Metso Minerals´ commitment to productdevelopment that follows customer needs. The LT105Sreally offers two machines in one: it is equipped with anintegrated, detachable screening unit that makes itpossible to produce two aggregate grades in single-stage crushing.

The screening unit is disconnected in minutes, allowingthe LT105S to be used as a normal primary crushing unitwithout the screen. The LT105S is also a very effectivesolution in recycle applications since the magneticseparator is located before the screen.

Easy to transport

Like the entire contractor range, the compact transportmeasurements and weight allows the LT105S to bemoved easily as a single unit on a standard trailer. Onthe crushing site, the LT105S operates fully independentlydue to diesel powering and robust tracks.
