After a well deserved break, I am rejuvenated and ready for the spring selling season, and coincidentally this month’s market report just so happens to focus on Noosa ‘Springs’.

This month we’re providing an overview of the sales in Noosa Springs, between March and Au-gust of this year, as well as some extra informa-tion on the benefits of living in this prestigious gated estate.

By the way, in the overall Noosa market place, it would seem the most popular price range is up to $600,000. Most properties listed up to this price point are selling quickly.
