The ultrasonic chambers are equipped with heater system, filtration system, ultra- sonic generator, and low-level control device. Sonicor systems include ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and drying with load and unload stations and automatic parts handling. To further enhance the systems, oil removal, and ultrafiltra- tion options are available to meet the needs of critical cleaning requirements and minimize waste disposal. It is now easy to measure surface profiles, surface roughness, flatness, waviness, thickness, etc., without surface contact. Also offered are eight additional sensor modules for different applications, including the Telefocus sensor with 15-mm stand- off. The total measuring system con- sists of a noncontacting laser sensor unit, movable stages (x, y, z), and a computer-based controller. The UBC 14 offers an exclusive video system to locate the exact point and area during
the measuring process. UBM software is user-friendly and contains a Macro program to automatically repeat any measuring processes without a single keystroke. The measuring results can be stored in the computer for further evaluation, or, a hard copy of the measurement results can be printed.
