This will confirm your reservation of the house and garden for a wedding on Saturday, July 1, 2018. The rates listed on the attached fee schedule will apply to your contract with the Camron-Stanford House Preservation Association (CSHPA). Please print a copy of this agreement and return the signed copy to Camron-Stanford House, 1418 Lakeside Drive, Oakland, CA 94612 together with your check in the amount of $500.00 made out to CSHPA. The deposit will be credited toward your event contract with CSHPA unless you cancel your reservation. Our deposit of your check shall confirm our receipt of your payment and your reservation date. By your signature set forth below, you agree with us that if you cancel your reservation Camron Stanford House (“CSH”) will suffer economic damages that are difficult to quantify but include costs for administrative time in negotiating and preparing your reservation and holding the date for your use. You agree that your reservation deposit is a reasonable estimate of such costs. You agree that such amount shall be treated as liquidated damages and shall not be refunded to you in the event you cancel your reservation.
