Deadline for purchase is November 29th.

CASSEROLE MINISTRYDid you know that we have a casserole ministry that delivers home-cookedmeals to those who could use some encouragement (illness, surgery, new birth,death, etc.)? This ministry does not work however, if we are unaware of thosewho could benefit from receiving a meal. If you know of a church member orregular attender who could benefit from this type of ministry, please call oremail the Church Office (226-0840 or [email protected]).

If you would like to join the casserole ministry and help provide home-cooked meals or be a part of the delivery team, please contact the church office.

FOOD BANK CHRISTMAS PARTY NEEDSPlease consider donating one or more of the following items as we prepare Christmas gift bags for our Food Bank recipients:

• Travel-sized soap, toothbrush, shampoo, lotion and toothpaste (one of each) prepackaged in quart-size baggie

• Black socks• Calendars (2022)• Monetary donations

Donations may be brought to the fellowship hall before November 21. (Please disregard earlier request for blanket donations. Blankets will not be distributed this year.)

SALVATION ARMY ANGEL TREEPlease select one or more tags from our Angel Tree located in the Fellowship Building. Your participation will help a person in need during the Christmas holidays. All the information is on the tag. Gifts should be taken to the Salvation Army by December 3.

2022 YOUTH SKI TRIPWhen: February 18-21, 2022

Where: Wolf Ridge Ski Resort (Mars Hill, NC)Sign-ups for the Youth Ski Trip are officially open! The link to the sign-up is available on our youth social media pages, as well as the youth ministry page on the church website. This trip is open to any youth, regardless of whether they are a part of TFUMC or not, so invite your friends! Spots are fairly limited though, so don’t wait to sign up

• Sundays from 5-6:30pm M3Kidz (Meals, Missions and Movement). PreK-5th graders will have a snack supper, a time of local and global missions activities and a time for games & fellowship.

• Wednesdays from 6-7pm D3Kidz (Dinner, Drama, and Discipleship)PreK-5th graders are invited to join us for CNS dinner (from 5-6pm with reservations) then we will practice for our Christmas play and make ornaments and we will end our time with mid-week Orange Bible lessons/activities. More details to come about our Christmas Play.

Contemporary Worship 8:45am

We aim to worship God with our whole selves in our family-friendly Fellowship Building, seeking to honor God through engaging and reflective Contemporary Worship music. Our Worship Service is centered in the prayers and creeds foundational to our Christian living. There are many ways to get involved in our service too! You are always welcome to worship at TFUMC.
