Usage Limitations-Type of liquid: clean water with no suspended solids or abrasive material-Maximum liquid temperature 70C-Maximum recommended suction height 5 m with foot valve-Maximum operating pressure 6.5 bar

CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS IN CONFORMANCE WITH DIN 24255FOR USE IN THE CIVIL, AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL FIELDS
The CM series is made up of single stage electric monobloc pumps with a flanged hydraulics/motor connection.The pump casing is manufactured in accordance with the provisions of DIN 24255-NF E 44 III-UNI 7467 standards, regarding
hydraulic dimensions and connection points.The pumps may be installed in all positions, except where the suction point is directed downwards.
The design of these machines allows the rotating parts and the motor to be removed from the pump casing without having todisconnect the pipes. Thus any maintenance is easily and quickly performed.
STANDARD DESIGN FEATURES- Cast iron pump casing GG20- Cast iron motor bracket GG20- Cast iron impeller (bronze on request)- Stainless steel shaft pump AISI 304 or 303- Mechanical seal with ceramic/graphite counterfaces- Flanged connection points DN 32 - DN 80 as per UNI 2236 PN10 standards- Threaded type counterflanges as per UNI 2254 standards

The VLR 8s are vertical multistage centrifugal pumps with "in line" suctionand delivery points directly connected to an electric motor.They are not self-priming.
Design Features- Impellers, diffusors, intermediate chambers and outer liner in AISI 304 stainless steel, shaft in AISI 431 stainless steel- Base and head in GG20 cast iron- EPDM rubber O ring- Mechanical seal with tungsten carbide primary and secondary ring,
EPDM O-ring- All the version "A" VLR are complete with 11/2" oval gas counterflanges- For the version "F" VLR, round DN40 counterflanges on request
Motor- Asynchronous electric motor with enclosed stator and external ventilation- Main dimensions are in accordance with the provisions of DIN and IEC standards- Class F insulation- Level of protection IP 55- Maximum environmental temperature 40 C- Speed of rotation 2900 rpm
Usage Limitations- Liquid temperature from - 15C to +120C- Maximum operating pressure: Oval flanges : 16 bar DIN flanges : 25 bar (maximum pumped liquid temperature 85 C)
: 23 bar (maximum pumped liquid temperature 120 C)- Maximum inlet pressure: VLR 8-20 - VLR 8- 30 = 6 bar VLR 8-40 - VLR 8-200 = 10 bar- Minimum suction head:
