From the moment of foundation our enterprise has developed from small repair shops for river barges to modern shipbuilding yard that produces sea and river vessels.

Cutting and fitting out workshop

Performs assembly, delivery works on under construction vessels and ship-repair works on repair of deck mechanisms, production and repair of a rowing shaft .

In the workshop on machine tools are working on making pipelines (pipe bending, welding, assembly), the saturation zone blocks and outfitting nomenclatureArea of hull fittings. Production of details for ship machine-building part and fitting-out list (foundation, batten ceiling, coaming, ladder, hatch, cover production, etc.) is carried out at the area.

At the enterprise the quality management system in conformity is implemented with international standards ISO.Production meets the requirements of RMRS in shipbuilding and repair of hull, mechanical and electro-radio part, as well as project and engineering and design work in the shipbuilding and ship repair.

Metrological services of enterprises certified to conduct calibration and inspection of measuring instruments

The Central factory laboratory conforms to basic requirements established for test laboratories by national standards. Its technical competence is confirmed by certificates of classification societies.

Many kinds of productions have acknowledgement and approval certificates leading international and domestic classification societies (the Russian Sea Register of navigation, the Russian River Register).

On primary activities the factory has licenses, including the Federal Agency for Technical Control for the construction and repair of ships of the Navy.

The ship is designed for transportation of general and bulk cargo, including grain, coal, containers of international standard, hazardous cargo of 1-9 class according to SOLAS . The first vessel delivered to the Customer «turnkey» in 1995, now is under the name «ADDI L» IMO9139323, original name of the vessel was APIS. In addition to the first vessel completely finished vessel, our yard has constructed three hulls of this project (the vessels are under the names LEESWIG, CEMBAY and ALSERBACH). The rescue boat for booms installation is a vessel functioning within the coastal infrastructure of sea and river ports which is to provide safe shipping and to protect the environment at oil spills. Renovation – substitution of hull part using sectional method for extending of

vessel operating term (in some cases change of vessel class), machinery and

equipment repairing with partial substitution for the new ones.

Modernization – new building of a vessel using elements of run vessels (as a rule,

it is foreship and aftship). It gives an opportunity to construct vessels with new parameters (changing of vessel

dimensions, vessel class, intent and etc.) with less expenses.
