Our Years 5&6 had their first interstate excursion to the Gold Coast and by all accounts had a brilliant me. The students are currently working on their detailed report of the excursion which we will soon share. Thank you to Mrs West who was happy to travel with them and thanks to Dianna for dropping off the students and collecng them from Canberra airport. Due to the success of this trip it is our intenon that we will run this camp biannually so all our students gain this rich experience. Thank you to our P&C who raised the money to cover the airfares, without this contribuon the trip would not be possible. The senior class didn’t have all the fun, the rest of the school spent a day in Canberra last Wednesday, we had a great me at the Australian Museum, the Royal Australian Mint and the Reple Park. The students enjoyed learning about the history of Australia, how coins are made and seeing tan the robot in acon. As well as meeng the blue tongues, turtles, pythons and goanna. Our next big adventure is to Schools Spectacular, the students have been learning their songs and preparing for this wonderful experience. We are sll fundraising for this event, with a raffle currently running, we have a Christmas hamper as fourth prize which we are sll build- ing, so if you can donate to this hamper that would be greatly appreciated. In two weeks we start our Swim Survival lessons at Coot- amundra Pool, I am looking for volunteer drivers as we go into town everyday for two weeks. Please let us know if you an assist with any days (we are in town from 2.00pm to 3.00pm). Dear Parents,
