Section I : Fixed Remuneration

Section II : Performance Linked Variable Remuneration

1)Individual Award based on the Individual Performance:

The Performance Award with maximum earning potential of 30% of your Base Pay

OR

Sales / Service Incentive Scheme (SIS) Award, as declared by the Business from time to time.

2)Award based on Business Performance:

Team Award based on EVA (Economic Value Added) for all employees who are part of the Business

Individual Discretionary EVA Award for exceptional performers in the Business.

Section III : Benefits

1)Two Wheeler Allowance: Rs.1500/- per month for largely Sales and Service Staff whose job requires regular and intensive

traveling as per the Company Policy.

2)Mobile Telephone Expense Reimbursement: Rs.16000/- p.a. as per the Company's Mobile Phone Policy.
