We take a collaborative approach to project delivery allowing us to provide clients with a holistic construction solution designed to their specific requirement. Our expertise in Design Build and EPC project delivery is based on a framework of strategic partners which assures a risk-free, client-focused project delivery with one-point control over quality, budget, programme and environmental health and safety.

We have formalised partnering with the establishment of the NMC Alliance, which through value-engineering processes ensure an integrated design, the lowest lifecycle cost.

We understand the value of fluid communication, transparency and mutual understanding of project execution in mitigating risk. This means we’re able to offer our clients the Project Jump Start Workshop – a risk management tool for project alignment, developed by the NMC Business School.

This workshop develops a team synergy, which facilitates a clear understanding of the client’s strategic business objectives, adding value to the management and design of the project.

Our growth strategy, driven by operational efficiency, continues to sustain its growth momentum into new geographic and industry sectors. With established branches throughout South Africa and Windhoek our operations span throughout the SADC region.

As a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa we constantly evaluate whether our building operation’s building techniques are aligned to sustainable green building practices. Our Design Build and EPC delivery broadens the value engineering of sustainable buildings by taking into account: profitability, the reduction of the environmental impact of the building and improvement of occupant health and well-being.
