SUITE INFORMATION




ORDER INFORMATION:Orders can be placed in three easy ways:1. Online: www.suitecatering.com and scroll to Nissan Stadium

The online suite catering system is available to suite holders who have set up an account and completed the required suite holder forms. Each account will be setup with a User ID and password. It is designed to allow account users to place orders, print or view customer summaries, and track order history. We encourage you to appoint one person to place all food and beverage orders to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication. To access online ordering, an account must be first established by contacting the suite catering office at (615) 565-4562 or at the email listed below.

ADVANCED ORDERING:Advanced day ordering provides you with the opportunity to order from a menu that features much more variety than our standard event day menu. Additionally, by placing orders in advance, our staff has more opportunity to accommodate any special requests.

Advanced Orders are DUE BY 12pm according to the schedule to be determined by the calendar of events.

EVENT DAY ORDERING:An event day menu is included in your suite. Additional food and beverage items may be ordered the day of the event from your suite attendant from gate time until the end of the 3rd quarter. Please note that this ordering option is provided as a convenience to supplement your advance order and is not intended to replace it.

STANDING FOOD ORDERS:Titans Hospitality provides each suite holder with the option of having standing food and/or beverage orders. The suite holder has the ability to also set up multiple standing menus that can be rotated during the chosen events. The suite holder would still have the ability to change these orders within a 72 hour time frame to accommodate any requests. Please discuss with your suites team to determine what will best fit your needs.

CANCELLATIONS:No charges will be assessed to suite users for orders canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Suite orders canceled within the 48 hour window to the event will be assessed 50% of the total food and beverage.





SUITE INFORMATION




ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:Titans Hospitality is the only licensee authorized to sell or service liquor, beer and wine at Nissan Stadium. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or taken out of the venue. Tennessee state law prohibits the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21.

Titans Hospitality alcohol awareness policies will be observed. Possible liabilities may arise from the result of uncontrolled guest behavior; therefore, it is very import-ant that this policy be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the suite holder or its representative to control the consumption of alcoholic beverages within the suite. By law, minors under the age of 21 and persons who appear visibly intoxicated may not consume alcoholic beverages. Titans Hospitality reserves the right to refuse ser-vice to any person who appears to be intoxicated. Suite holders may incur liability if they fail to comply. If there are further questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact your Titans Hospitality suite representative.

BEVERAGE PAR MENU:Each suite holder who has finalized the paperwork necessary to set up an account and has provided a credit card to be kept on file, has the ability to set up a standard beverage par menu for the suite for the entire season. By completing the beverage par form, you may choose any of the beverages on the menu to be placed in your suite. The beverages will be placed in the suite prior to the arrival of guests and will be inventoried to ensure that the beverages provided matches the requested items and amounts as stated on the beverage par form. Your suite representative is avail-able to help you customize a standing food menu or standard beverage par menu for your suite.

At the end of the event, the beverages will be re-inventoried to determine what amount of beverages had been consumed, based on the initial standing order received by the suites representative. A separate billing summary will be created for the restock. Please note that beverages not consumed before they expire will be disposed of without reimbursement. At the end of each season, only liquor, unopened wine and beer will be carried over into the next season’s par. Any unused

soda or mixers will be disposed of and credit will not be given for any such items. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises.

LIQUOR CABINETS AND REFRIGERATORS:Each suite contains a private liquor cabinet and refrigerator. Please be sure to make the appropriate selections on your suite catering order form or on the online catering website for each event. Any requests to have a liquor cabinet or refrigerator closed or opened on an event day must be requested by an authorized signer of the suite account.





SUITE INFORMATION




ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE:All food and beverage items are subject to a taxable twenty percent (20%) adminis-trative charge. This administrative charge is not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or ser-vice charge for the benefit of employees and no portion of this administrative charge is distributed to employees. Any gratuity you wish to provide based on the quality of service received is at the sole discretion of suite holders and/or their guests.

APPLICABLE TAXES:All Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverage, billed labor, and administrative fees are taxed at 9.25% (this is a 7.00% state tax and a 2.25% local/county tax).

All alcohol is taxed at 9.25%. Any alcohol over 6% (namely Liquor and Wine) are taxed an additional 15% on top of the 9.25%.

Any miscellaneous services (flowers, decoration, etc) are taxed at 9.25%, according to TN state law.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:Following are the payment options for suite holders. Please review these options to determine which best suits your needs. 1. Credit Card on File – A credit card is provided and kept on file with Titans Hospital-ity suite catering to be used for food and beverage charges including the beverage restock program. Near the conclusion of an event, the suite’s event host will be required to sign a customer summary, eliminating the need to present a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.

2. Escrow Account – Titans Hospitality offers a convenient way to pay for your purchases in advance without utilizing a credit card. Prior to the beginning of the season, please contact your suite representative to set up the account and complete the required forms. An escrow account can be initiated with a minimum balance of $5,000. Charges made for food and beverages are deducted from the escrow account. When the balance drops below $1,000 you will be asked to replenish your account.

3. Advance Payment – For this option, the suite catering office will provide you with a total of all charges based upon the advance order. All advance payments (cash, credit card, and certified check) must be received at least 72 hours prior to the game. Please advise your guests that they will be responsible for any additional orders over and above the initial suite order. The suite attendant will be required to ask for payment at the time the order is placed. 4. Payment at Conclusion of the Game – This option is not available for advance ordering. Please advise your guests that they will be responsible for all food and beverages charges incurred during the game. Suite attendants are required to ask for a credit card at the beginning of the game for any food and beverage orders. All charges will be posted to this credit card during the game and a signature will be required at the end of the game.

For suites with shared ownership, each partner in the suite is required to establish a separate account. In order to avoid confusion and ensure the proper posting of charges, it will be necessary to provide the Titans Hospitality suite catering office with a calendar of days designating when each partner will be using the suite.

It is Titans Hospitality’s policy that only authorized signers, designated by the suite holder, are allowed to charge additional food and beverage for the suite during an event to the suite holder’s account. If no authorized signers will be present during the event, please notify us prior to the event as to the name of the representative who will be responsible for signing the receipt and authorized to order additional food and beverage. If no authorized signer is present during the event, the guests will not be allowed to charge purchases to the suite holder account. Guests will be responsible to pay by either cash or credit card.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY:Unless a specific time is indicated, all food and beverage will be delivered to the suites at the opening of gates. In order to ensure the highest level of food quality, certain foods may be delivered to the suites after the guests arrive.

HOURS OF OPERATION:A Titans Hospitality representative will be available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am until 5:00pm for all order processing. During an event, please contact your suite attendant or suite supervisor.

LIABILITY:Titans Hospitality reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. The suite holder agrees to accept responsibility for any damage done by their group to the function room or suite, prior to, during or following their event. Titans Hospitality cannot assume any responsibility for personal property or equipment brought into the suite and event areas.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE:All food products served in the suites are handled exclusively by Titans Hospitality. It is not permissible for guests to bring or remove food to or from the suites. Any food products brought into the suites without prior authorization will be charged to the suite holder at our standard retail price.

SECURITY/LOST & FOUND:Please be sure to remove all personal property in each suite when leaving the premises. Titans Hospitality is not responsible for any misplaced property, articles or equipment left unattended in the suites.

SUITE ADMINISTRATOR:Each suite should designate one person as the official contact or “suite adminis-trator”. Your suite administrator should be responsible for all order placement and communication with the suite catering department.

SUITE SET-UP:All suites will be stocked with standard disposable plates, utensils, and drinking cups.
