SCOPE OF WORK :- Supply of Filter Cartridge for Gas Conditioning Skid suitable for BHEL make Frame-5 GTG units at Gas Thermal Power Station, Rokhia. Intending Quotationers are requested to quote their rates on following format.

Quotation should reach this office on or before 22-06-2017 up to 02 PM and will be opened on 23-06-2017 at 03 PM, if possible, in presence of the intending quotationer or their authorized representative.The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations including the lowest one without assigning any reasons thereof.

TERMS & CONDITONS

1. The bidder must have experience in similar nature of work during last 02 years and must submit Experience Certificate as well as satisfactory completion/ performance certificate issued by authorized officials of any The Govt./ PSU/ Generating units. The Bidder must submit Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate of current validity issued by the competent Authority The Bidder must submit Xerox copy of PAN Card2. Period of completion: - 1 (One) Month from the date of issue of LOA. Failing to complete the

supply in the stipulated period, a levy of 05 % of the contract value shall be deducted from the bill.3. The rate should be quoted both in words and figures based on F.O.R.-Rokhia No Way Bill / Road Permit shall be issued from this end. T.VAT, as applicable shall be deducted at source as per norms..4. The rate quoted shall be firm.5. Executing office: - Sr. Manager, Gas Thermal Mechanical Sub Division No I, Rokhia.6 The Offer shall remain valid for 3(three) months from the date of opening. 7 Payment will be made by the Deputy General Manager, GTED, Rokhia, after successful

completion of the Supply. No advance payment will be made in any circumstances. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Tripura Power Generation Limited Authority shall be final and bindings 8 Quality must be maintained properly. Specification and make shall be as per schedule or sample available with Sr. Manager, Gas Thermal Mechanical Sub Division No I, Rokhia Any deviation at any point of time will be rejected outright. 9. Samples are to be presented for inspection and acceptance before Sr. Manager, Gas Thermal Mechanical Sub Division No I, Rokhia or his authorized representative before delivery of the total lot. A written clearance shall be obtained from him in this regard. No verbal clearance from anybody will be entertained at any point of time.10. Any bid received after the time and date fixed for submission of quotation shall be rejected. Quotation received through post/courier after the fixed date and time will not be entertained11. Quotation will be received in the O/O the Addl. General Manager, Generation Circle TPGL,Bidyut Bhavan, Agartala, and in Gas Thermal Electrical Division, Rokhia, Sepahijala, Tripura ,up to 2.00 Pm on the day fixed for receiving. The bid shall be opened on 23-06 -2017 at 3.00 pm , if possible, in presence of the intending bidders or their authorized representatives.!2.. The successful bidder shall have to sign a formal agreement and be required to furnish a contract performance gurantee @ 10 %of the total contract pricein the shape of demand draft in favour of Deputy General Manager, Gas Thermal Electrical Division, Rokhia payable at SBI Bishalgarh within 07 (seven) days from the date of issue of LOA.
