D Create an environment of respect, responsibility, and compassion for all animals across our state.D Provide veterinary care and sterilization surgeries at our clinic for all homeless companion animals in our care (over 10,000 spays/neuters performed per year) as well as low cost sterilization and vaccination services for the public.D Facilitate foster care opportunities for special needs, sick, or baby animals to ensure adoptability.D Manage transfer and rescue network of over 140 partner facilities and groups to place more animals.D Offer off-site adoption events and rapidly growing social media presence to expand the visibility of adoptable pets and engage the public in our efforts to control the pet population and increase adoptions.D Foster volunteer program with 1,400 active volunteers to keep all pets healthy and happy at our facility.D Further our multi-pronged approach by constantly improving our shelter amenities and capacity to increase adoptions and placements of dogs and cats.
