Nino Marcantonio is a Business Consultant at CACI Dynamic Systems with great years of experience under his belt. At CACI Dynamic Systems, he analyzes factors and components of systems to recommend and include changes to increase the productivity and efficiency.

He also assists in planning studies of work problems and procedures such as organizational changes, information flow, communication, integrated production methods or cost analysis.

He acts as the interface between SMEs and development teams in the standup of the new VACAA PMO supporting Risk Management Knowledge Area. He has the ability to communicate with both SMEs and Knowledge Area Leads.

In addition to this, Nino Marcantonio updates risk registry, analyze risks, make recommendations by the development team. He has the ability to translate SME information into a form understandable by the development team.
