Nigiri Sushi 日式握壽司

Ingredients: 1. Sushi Rice 2. Vegan Shrimps 3. Ocean Patti 4. Vegan Ham 5. Wasabi 6. Seaweed Sheets – 2 sheets Method: 1. Wet your hands with vinegar, so the rice would not stick on your

hands. 2. Grab 20g sushi rice and hand make it into the oval shaped rice ball. 3. Spread a bit wasabi on the vegan shrimps, ocean patti, vegan hams,

then put the rice ball on top, tie them together with seaweed sheet strip in the middle.

Sushi 日式壽司捲

Ingredients: 1. Sushi Rice 2. Seaweed Sheet (for Sushi) 3. 1 Cucumber 4. 1/4 Pickled Radish (yellow colour) 5. 200g Loving Hut Vegan Floss 6. 1/2 Loving Hut Red Yeast Ham Method: 1. Cut the pickled radish into long strips. 2. Cut cucumber into long strips and rub with salt, leave it for 10 minutes,

then wash it and set aside. 3. Cut red yeast ham into long strips and fry it and set aside 4. Place the seaweed sheet horizontally on the table with the shining side

facing down. Spread rice on the sheet and leave the top 1/5 area empty. Place the floss, pickled radish, cucumber and ham strips on the rice, and roll into a row. Leave some rice on the end of seaweed sheet, so the seaweed will stick tightly. Cut the roll and serve.

Sushi Rice 壽司飯 Ingredients: 1. Sushi Rice 1600g 2. White Vinegar 320cc 3. White Sugar 320cc 4. Salt a little Method: 1. Mix white sugar, white vinegar and salt together, make it into sushi

vinegar. 2. Cook the rice with rice cooker, then mix well with sushi vinegar while

the rice is hot. Cover it with a cloth and leave for 10 minutes till the rice becomes cold. The rice will absorb the vinegar. Sushi rice is ready.

Raw (90%) Chocolate Mousse

Recipe:

1. 20gms Irish Moss (Natural Carrageenan)

2. 1/2 cup water

3. 2 cups cashew or almond nut milk(use 2/3 cups of cashew or almond,

blend with 350ml of water and filter with cloth bag)

4. 1/4 cup packed dates

5. 1/3 cup of agave or maple syrup, or other date sugar/syrup

6. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder (can use normal cocoa powder if raw cacao

powder is not available)

7. 2 teaspoons vanilla

8. 1/8 teaspoon salt.

9. 2 tablespoons of lecithin granules

10. 1/2 cup raw coconut oil

Process:

1. Soak Irish moss for 24 hours

2. Blend the Irish moss with water until very fine. (1-2 mins)

3. Add cashew milk, dates, agave, vanilla, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and cacao

powder and blend until completely smooth. (1 minute)

4. Add lecithin and coconut oil and blend until smooth (30 seconds)

5. Pour into setting cups and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set firm.

Lohas Vegan Sandwich 樂活 Vegan 三明治

Ingredients: 1. Wholemeal Toast Bread 1 loaf 2. Bean Flakes a little 3. Loving Hut Vegan Ham 6 slice 4. Cucumber 2 5. Lettuce 6. Salad Sauce a few 7. Toothpicks 4 Method: 1. Cut the Cheerful Log to thin pieces and pan fry it to golden color, or

put it into oven (120°c) for 3 or 4 minutes, set aside.

2. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and apples to thin pieces, 3. Spread vegan mayonnaise on a piece of bread, sprinkle bean flakes on

top, then lettuce and tomato pieces 4. Get second piece of bread with vegan mayonnaise on both sides and

put it on top of the first piece of bread, then a slice of fried Loving Hut Cheerful Log, and then the third piece of bread with vegan mayonnaise on both sides, sprinkle some bean flakes on top, then cucumbers and apples, then cover with fourth piece of bread with vegan mayonnaise on one side. Stick toothpicks into sandwich to stop sandwich falling apart while cutting to triangle shape. Put the sandwiches in a plate and decorate, ready to serve.

Lohas Vegan Salad Sauce 樂活 Vegan 沙拉醬

Ingredients:

1. Soymilk (unsweetened) 300cc

2. Raw Cashew Nuts 30 piece

3. Sugar 4 flat Tp

4. Salt 1 tsp

5. Flour 3-5 full Tp

6. Lemon Juice and White Vinegar 120cc

7. Vegetable Oil 200 – 250cc

Method

1. Soak cashew nuts in the soymilk (if using a high speed blender then

no need to soak it first)

2. Blend soymilk, raw cashew nuts, sugar, salt, flour and lemon juice

together, till everything well mixed and smooth.

3. Pour in the vegetable oil blend it slowly. Till everything well mixed.

Braised Vegan Fish 年年有餘紅燒樂

Ingredients: 1. Loving Hut Ocean Log 450g 2. Ginger Strips (very thin) a little 3. Black Fungi Strips a little 4. Bamboo Shoots Strips a little 5. Chili Strips a little 6. Sweet Peas 6 7. Fresh Mushroom 100g 8. Tomato 1 Sauce: 1. Olive Oil 3 Tp 2. Soy Sauce a little 3. Black Vinegar a little 4. Sea Salt a little 5. Vegetal Seasoning a little 6. Organic Brown Sugar a little 7. Organic Cornstarch a little 8. Mirin a little 9. Organic Tomato Sauce 100g Method: 1. Pan fry the ocean log till it becomes golden color and set aside. 2. Cut all vegetables into thin stripes and set aside. 3. Heat up the oil and put in the sauce ingredients in the order from 2 to

9, put in the ocean log, then cook in low heat for a while and set aside.

4. Fry all the vegetables, mix cornstarch with cold water then put into the pan, stir well and pour on the cooked ocean log, ready to serve.

Fried Q Slip Tofu with Capsicums 繽紛百頁燴彩椒

Ingredients: 1. Loving Hut Q Slip Tofu 300g 2. Button Mushroom 150g 3. Capsicums(red and yellow color) 1/2 each 4. Cucumber 1 5. Ginger Slice a little 6. Vegan Broth 1/2 bowl Sauce: 1. Grape Seed Oil 3 Tp 2. Sea Salt 1 tsp 3. Vegetal Seasoning 1 tsp 4. Brown Rock Sugar 1 tsp 5. Organic Soy Sauce a little 6. Mirin a little 7. Tasty Spicy Sauce 1 tsp Method: 1. Fry the Q slip tofu till golden color and set aside. Heat up oil, fry

brown rock sugar, soy sauce, tasty spicy sauce and ginger together, then put in the vegan broth, using low heat and boil for a while.

2. Add in Q slip tofu in the pan, till the tofu absorbs the sauce, and then set aside.

3. Cut capsicums, cucumber, and button mushrooms to cubes. Heat up oil and add in all sauces, then fry the vegetables, mix with the cooked Q slip tofu, sprinkle some pepper powder on top and ready to serve.

Fresh Chinese Cabbage with Mushroom Stick

(鮮甜白菜香菇羹)

Main Ingredients:

1. Loving Hut Mushroom Stick  300g 

2. Chinese Cabbage  1 

3. Black Fungus  100g

5. Carrot  50g 

6. Ginger slices  some 

7. Sweet Beans  100g 

Seasonings:

1. Grapeseed Oil  3 tbsp 

2. Rock Sugar  some 

3. Organic Soy Sauce  some

Directions : 1. Wash all main ingredients, cut into pieces, set aside. 2. Heat up the frying pan with some grapeseed oil and sautéed the

ginger . 3. Add in the rock sugar, soy sauce, black fungus, oyster mushroom,

sautéed together. 4. Mix in the Loving Hut Mushroom Stick, Chinese Cabbage, Loving

Hut Vegetal Seasoning, Sea Salt and Mirin. Simmer for 2 mins. 5. Add in the Sweet beans and some White pepper, fry slightly. In

separate bowl, mix some organic corn starch with water, slowly stir in the pan to thicken the sauce before serving on plate.

Loving Hut Lucky Chunk with Kai Lan 素洋樂拌炒芥藍

Main Ingredients:

1. Loving Hut Lucky Chunk  150g 2. Shredded Ginger  some 3. Kai Lan Vegetable  600g 4. Red Pepper (cut into strips) some 5. Oyster Mushroom  100g 

Seasonings:

1. Grapeseed Oil  3 tbsp 2. Rock Sugar  some 3. Organic Soy Sauce  some 4. Vegan Barbeque Sauce 1 tbsp 5. Organic Corn Starch  some 6. Vegan Soup Stock  half bowl 7. White Sesame Oil  some 

Directions : 1. Wash and cut vegetables into pieces, briefly blanch them in hot

water. Mix In some white sesame oil and ginger slices. Set aside on a serving plate.

2. Heat up the frying pan with some grapeseed oil, mix in vegan barbeque sauce, rock sugar, organic soy sauce. Add Loving Hut Lucky Chunk, oyster mushroom and fry together till sauce is well absorbed. Add in the soup stock.

3. In separate bowl, mix some organic corn starch with water, slowly stir in the pan to thicken the sauce. When all are well mixed, pour the mixture on the vegetable serving plate.

Fried Loving Hut Cheerful Spring With Vegetables

天香吉拌炒時蔬

Main Ingredients:

1. Loving Hut Cheerful Spring 200g 2. Mustard Leaves  600g 3. Ginger Shreds  some 4. Chilli (Cut into Strips)  1 5. Pearl Mushroom  100g 

Seasonings:

1. Olive Oil  2 tbsp 2. Organic Sugar  some 3. Organic Soy Sauce  some 4. Vegan Mirin  some 5. Sea salt  some 6. Loving Hut Vegetal Seasoning  some 7. White Sesame Oil  some 8. Non‐GMO Corn Starch some 

Directions : 1. Wash and cut vegetables into pieces, briefly blanch them in hot

water. Mix In some white sesame oil and seasonings. Set aside on a serving plate.

2. Cut Loving Hut Cheerful Spring in to cubes, deep fried in heated oil till golden brown.

3. Heat up the frying pan, add in the fried cheerful spring, mix in the seasonings according to the order listed, followed by chilli, ginger shreds, pearl mushroom. Fry under slow heat.

4. In separate bowl, mix some organic corn starch with water, slowly stir in the pan to thicken the sauce. When all are well mixed, pour the mixture on the vegetable serving plate.

Golden Pumpkin Soup 黃金南瓜湯品

Main Ingredients:

1. Loving Hut Concentrated Pumpkin Soup Base  600g 2. Loving Hut Lucky Chunk  100g 3. Loving Hut Ocean Ball  6 pieces 4. Oyster Mushroom (cut into pieces)  200g 5. Cabbage  Half 6. Red Tomatoes  2 pieces 7. Black fungus  150g 8. Golden Mushroom  1 bunch 9. Organic Tofu  1 box 10. Water  2000cc 

Seasonings:

1. Loving Hut Vegetal Seasoning  some 2. Sea Salt  ¼ tsp 3. White Sesame Oil  some 

Directions : 1. Cook Loving Hut Concentrated Pumpkin Soup Base with 2000cc

of water in a big pot till well mixed. 2. Add in Loving Hut Lucky Chunk, Loving Hut Ocean Ball, Loving

Hut Ocean Ball, Black fungus, Red Tomatoes and seasonings. Let it cook for sometimes.

3. Add in Oyster Mushroom, Cabbage. Finally add in Organic Tofu and Golden Mushroom. Cook till all heat up. Add some White sesame oil before serving.

Energizing Miso Soup 能量味噌鍋 Main Ingredients:

1. Miso  6 tbsp 

2. Loving Hut Concentrated Pumpkin Soup Base  3 tbsp 

3. Loving Hut Organic Soy Bean Drink Powder  1 tbsp 4. Loving Hut Organic Brown Rice Drink Powder  1 tbsp 

5. Non‐GMO Tofu  2 pieces 

6. Loving Hut Dried Seaweed  some 

7. Water  2000cc 

Seasonings:

1. Rock Sugar  1 tbsp 

2. Loving Hut Vegetal Seasoning  1 tbsp 

Directions : 1. Mix Loving Hut Organic Soy Bean Drink Powder and Loving Hut

Organic Brown Rice Drink Powder with some warm or room temperature water till well mixed. Set aside.

2. Boil 2000cc of water till boiling point. 3. Add in miso, Loving Hut Concentrated Pumpkin Soup Base, mix

well. 4. Add in the powder mixture, mix well. 5. Add in Cabbage, Non-GMO Tofu and Loving Hut Dried Seaweed

and Seasonings. Cook till well mixed and soup reached boiling point. Serve.

Herbal Chilli Sauce 香辣醬 Main Ingredients:

1. Italian Herbs   

2. Pure Chilli Paste (Non‐GMO) 

3. Raw Sugar 4. Organic Soy Sauce 5. Basil Paste 6. Chinese Toon Paste 

Directions : 1. Mix all ingredients. Proportion is up to individual preference.
