End-user convey it’s claims to Starhub’s technician who reports the issue to concern vendors/department of Starhub. This project is to automate technician’s claims submission to SAP for creation of PR/PO (Purchase request /Purchase order) and part of Work Order Fulfillment areas. It will allow the user to do the claims adjustment within Portal as well as create the visibility on the status of SAP claims processing in portal.

Responsibility:

Tools Used: Siebel(CRM) , Putty, WIN SCP Project involves in provisioning of various products like Mobile voice and data, Broadband,

Digital Voice Home etc. Test usability and GUI of the application. Test all feasible scenarios in Android. Test login functionality with different accounts. Create and execute positive and negative test cases. Validate business and technical requirements to suggest enhancements to the feature set. Responsibilities included determining test strategies based on requirements, developing test plans

and test cases and executing test cases. Report bugs via Serena Business. Participate in regular QA Team meetings and discussions.

In this project we worked on Online Store,(MAM) and My Starhub App .System shall store the interactions on an online location so that CS can retrieve the information for their use. They will retrieve the values like Time stamp, HubID, checked access of local and roaming. Information to CS for their consumption in Conversation Manager.
