A word from our 2012 Poster Competition winner – Lyndsay Davies,QCNW; “I submitted an abstract on a stability study that our group hadcarried out for the shelf-life extension on a monoclonal antibodypreparation, and we were really pleased that it was selected for aposter presentation at the QA Symposium in Ashford. The QASymposium was really informative and a good networking eventwhich allowed us to make new contacts. Winning the poster prize was a real bonus as it means that I can present the poster at the EAHP conference in Paris, courtesy of MacoPharma, which is a fantastic opportunity that I am really looking forward to.”

Who should attend? This annual event is aimed at pharmacy professionals, including technicians and pharmacists, workingin pharmaceutical production and quality assurance environments. The symposium is aimed at boththe NHS and commercial sectors.

Symposium StructureThe format encourages delegates to structure their own experience of the event around theirindividual needs and interests with a range of lead presentations, workshops and commercialpresentations. The social aspect on the evening of day one allows opportunity for further discussionand networking. The exhibition provides a great opportunity to speak to pharmaceutical companiesand equipment suppliers. All the companies you need to develop your service in one place.
