CHNG I: TNG QUAN TI LIU1.1. Cu trc ca lignocellulose 1.1.1. Cu trc thnh t bo thc vt Trong t nhin, cc lp ca thnh t bo thc vt c minh ha bng m hnh ca g (Hnh 1.1). gia cc t bo, c mt hp cht ng vai tr nh keo dn gn kt cc t bo li vi nhau, l lp gian bo (middle lamella). Lp ny cu to t cc cht keo, c bn cht pectin v khng c tc ng v quang hc. Bn trong l thnh t bo s cp (primary wall).

1.1.6. Enzyme xylanolytic Do tnh khng ng nht ca xylan, s thy phn ca n i hi cc nh hng ca mt h thng enzyme phc tp. Enzyme ny thng bao gm hai loi: enzyme khng phn nhnh (-1,4-endoxylanse, -xylosidase) v enzyme phn nhnh (-arabinofuranosidase, -glucuronidase, esterase xylan acetyl v esterase axit phenolic) (Hnh 1.10).
