Mission of Digital Committee

•  Influencing the transparent and democratic implementation of digital TV in Ukraine considering the interests of viewers and TV industry

Tasks of Digital Committee

TV channels • participation in government workflows • participation in the development of the Program of digital switchover • educational and conference activities

Manufacturers of electronics • participation in the particular part of the Program of digital switchover • lobbying the adequate certification program in Ukraine for electronics for digital reception/

transmitting • transparency of donation and subsidy procedures

TV viewers • National and regional press-courses “Digitology” (about DTV for journalists of social and

general media) • FAQ, TV viewer’s Guide, etc. • Web-site of support • PR campaigns in the regions that are being switched
