NFS - Rotary drum screen - NTF Applications Nijhuis Water Technology has designed an internal fed rotary drum screen which removes particles from waste water. • • • The rotary drum screen (NTF) can either be integrated in a total solution or offered as a single product for your waste water. Advantages & Characteristics Technical description The inside fed rotary drum screen has a drum with perforated holes. The inlet system is an unique design (patent pending) which is clog free and adjustable for various waste water characteristics and project requirements. Process parameters which can be adjusted are flowrate, solids loading and dryness of the screenings. The drum is chain driven the chain moves around the drum. Rotating parts are positioned outside the wet parts of the screen. The cleaning system of the screen consist of a brush and jet spray. Screenings transport will be done by an internal screw inside the drum towards the solids discharge.
