NFLA PURPOSEThe purpose of the Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy (NFLA) is to
develop the leadership knowledge and skills of nurses early in their
faculty careers to:
1. Facilitate personal leadership development
2. Foster academic career success
3. Promote nurse faculty retention and satisfaction
4. Cultivate high performing, supportive work environments in
academe
