What are the NFL blackout rules for my home team?nPer NFL regulations, a regular-season, Sunday afternoon home team game will not be televised anywhere in a home

team's territory if the game does not sell out at least 72 hours prior to kickoff. This is to make sure that the team benefits from a stadium full of enthusiastic fans, to assure the entertainment value of a full stadium, and to protect home game attendance and local television coverage. If it is blacked out on your local broadcast station, it will also be blacked out in your area on NFL SUNDAY TICKET. Each stadium's local blackout area is defined by the broadcast signal of the local affiliate carrying the game, not by the mileage surrounding the stadium.

nThe NFL has extended certain teams’ home territories to cover all markets based on the nearest NFL franchise. For example, the San Diego Chargers home team territory has been extended to cover the Los Angeles area. This means that any home Chargers game will be blacked out in the entire Chargers home territory on both NFL SUNDAY TICKET and local CBS or FOX affiliates if it does not sell out at least 72 hours prior to kickoff.

nHere's how to find out which home team territory you live in:

2. Enter your ZIP code and click 'view.'

Where can I find the NFL SUNDAY TICKET App?nThe app will be available on iTunes, Google Play Store, and Game Console stores (for Xbox One and PlayStation 3 and 4).

You can search for “NFL SUNDAY TICKET” to download the application. Please note that if you download before the start of the season, you will have to update your app to enjoy all the latest features. The new app will be available closer to the start of the season.

When I sign in to the NFL SUNDAY TICKET App, I can’t access any of the features. Why?nThe NFL SUNDAY TICKET app will have live content beginning Sunday, Sept 7th. You will be able to view instant stats,

highlights and all other NFL SUNDAY TICKET Mobile features at that time. If you are a NFL SUNDAY TICKET MAX subscriber, you will be able to access live games.

What games can I watch? Are blackouts enforced with the NFL SUNDAY TICKET App?nYou can watch most of the games available on the NFL SUNDAY TICKET channels on your TV. However, due to NFL

broadcast restrictions, some games will be unavailable on NFL SUNDAY TICKET Online and Mobile based on your device location. You will still be able to access statistics and highlights for those games.

nStreaming is only available for LIVE NFL SUNDAY TICKET games airing from 12pm to 8:15pm ET each Sunday during the regular season. Sunday night, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday games are not part of NFL SUNDAY TICKET and therefore not eligible for streaming.

How do I turn on/off Alerts? n Alerts can be changed in “Settings”.

How do I fling games to my receiver or set-top-box? nYour receiver or set-top-box must be on the same wireless network as your iPad. On your iPad, simply hold your finger

on the video player during a live stream until the area around your finger glows, then flick the glow towards your TV. Currently not supported on phones or Android tablet.

Can I cancel my subscription?nYou can cancel your subscription at any point before the start of the NFL season on Sunday, September 7th. If you cancel

prior to the start of the season you will receive a full refund. After the start of the season, packages are non-refundable.
