The Chilean Miners could

be rescued in NovemberThe engineer Rene

Aguilar, who is going to

rescue the 33 Chilean

miners, said that the tasks

of rescue are going really

well.

We think that we are

going to rescue themaround the first days of

November. Aguilar told

us, he also explained that

got any dangers like them, the only danger that we have is that a

Six healthy tips

this ingredients, for example, if you eat a food which has got a lot

of salt at lunch you have to eat another food which has got a little

bit salt.

6.- Remember, foods are not good or bad. If you like food like

apple pie, potato chips, candy bars or ice creams; you should eat

them in moderation, and choose another kind of food to provide

the balance.

footballer David de Gea a romance

School Trip

On Monday, we went to Barcelona and it took us along time to arrive,seven hours. First, we went to Tarragona to see

Cavas the Codorniu, the winery. After that, we had

lunch, we went to Barceloneta street and we saw a

church and then we had a hour to walk on the

Ranblas. There we saw a lot of people with fancy

dresses.

The next day, we see left that hotel to go to another

hotel, then we went to see the Science museum. Itwas an interesting visit. The Sagrada Familia

cathedral is very big

and its not long until fifty years to finish it.

Then, we went to see the Guell park, the

building based in the nature. At night, some

of us wanted to go to the beach, we wanted

to go for a swim but the water was too cold,

so we went for a walk.

On Wednesday, in the morning, we went to

Tarragona again to see its cathedral and its old amphitheatre. And after

lunch we to see an old monastery. That day wasnt our favourite day.

Finally, on Thursday was the day we went

to Port Aventura. We went to spend the

whole day there. There were a lot of

students from another schools. We got on

in a lot of rides and in one of them we got

wet, but as it was our first attraction we

dried quikly.

In our last day, we went to see the CampNou. We saw its museum, it was a very big place, with a lot of cups. Then,

we came back to Portugalete.

Chocolate cake

Ingredients: 1 Fantasia Schr sponge

Ingredient for the creme:

l of milk

1 small pack of chocolate caramel custard

100g of sugar

100g of grated

chocolate

150g of butter

Ingredient for the cover:

75g of sugar

125ml of water

100g of dark chocolate

Preparation:Preparation of the crme:

Mix the caramel custard with the sugar, add the milk and heat it.

Heat the caramel custard during 3 minutes and leave cool it.

Meanwhile, heat the butter and the chocolate in the bain-marie

and stir it until it is soft enough. Mix the mixture with the

chocolate caramel custard and fill the sponge cutting into 2-5sheets.

Preparation of the cover:

Stir the sugar and water slowly until it boil, leave it in the fire 5

minutes and leave it cool. Add the chocolate and stir until it melts

and become soft mixture. Pour it on the sponge and distribute it

uniformely.
