Update on the community website

The community web site may be accessed through www.pelicanharborcommunity.com or through the previous website name www.teampelicanharbor.com. The community will see the Florida Statutes, Pelican Harbor’s by-laws, budget reports, and board meetings. There is a bulletin board area where our neighbors may post things for sale, offer a service or just introduce themselves. All are invited to blog where everyone may share their views and information, update community information, and discuss concerns. It is encouraged to use the blog for sharing specifics and not to vent. Coming soon Calendar of Events and Commodore Corner! Board Members

The community has elected three new board members; Debbie Kilgore, Gary Linger and Jim Sharp. They are eager to serve and work together to make our community a great place to live. We would like to thank Tony Baker, Ron Porterfield and Margaret Zitzmann for serving on our board. The community is encouraged to speak with all board members and share ideas and concerns.

April 2011 Issue three

Summer aerobics have started in Pelican Harbor with instructor Debbie Kilgore. The use of water in water aerobics supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury.

Classes will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 – 10:15.

Our heartfelt thanks goes out to Doug Potter for the many hours building a storage box to hold the aerobic equipment. What a wonderful job!
