Kumudavathi First Grade College, Shikaripura Won the General Championship - Octagon 2018The Chief Guest Mr. Jeevan Rao Saheb, Managing Director - Indelox services Pvt Ltd, Bangalore,
presented the Trophy for the Champions team.
The Portal www.alumnibapuji.org with a database of
1430 alumni and 258 on registrations, is bringing all the
stakeholders together and benefitting students, Institute
and Alumni.
68th Republic day celebration was conducted at the
institute.
The institute recognizes the extracurricular activities for
the overall development of the students. On 29th and
30th April 2018 Sports day was organized in which the
various games were played by the students. Boys played
Cricket, Volley Ball and Carrom. Girls played Throw
Ball, Chess and Carrom.
To spread awareness about the management education
amongst under graduates and to inspire youth to
showcase their talent, Institute has organized the event
Octagon on 20th and 21st March 2018. Octagon 2018
consisted of series of exclusive events.

First year MBA Students undergo compulsory 4 weeks
training in Industry. The institute has placed around 70
students in various companies to carryout 4 weeks
training programme.
The Final year Students completed 10 weeks of project
work. DISHA made an effort in getting around 100
projects for the students. Among these, few of them have
been sponsored by the companies and considered as live
projects.

One week Crash Course programme at Institute for MBA aspirants (PGCET, K-MAT)
from 18th to 24th June, 2018.
Institute took an initiative to conduct a CSR activity
titled "KANASU" in a Government school at Bevinahalli
on 18th June, 2018. The faculty members and the HR
students showed keen interest in creating awareness of
protecting environment by planting the trees, through
drawing competition and making children aware about
harmful effects of using plastic in our daily life.
