Providence Christian Church (PCA) WEEKLY Thursday, June 14, 2018 Patriotic Day Picnic—Sunday, July 1st Join us Sunday, July 1 from 5:30-7:30pm for Patriotic Picnic! We will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs and we ask you to bring a side dish to share! Activities will include: egg toss, watermelon seed spitting and other outdoor games. This is for all ages! BASIC ELEMENTS SCIENCE VBS What a great success! 55 children attended each night with 55 volunteers working together as the Body of Christ to share God’s love and message of salvation with them. Thanks again to all who prayed for, gave to, and served in this vital ministry. Please continue to pray for the children who heard about the BASIC Elements of faith and that their hearts will yearn for Christ as the number one treasure of their lives. In addition, our VBS offering for Agape Christian School in Lapila, Haiti was $850.03! This money will be used to purchase 100 mango trees, 350 plantain trees and 95 coconut trees that the school children will plant this summer. The fruit from the trees will be used for food for the children as well as income for the church families of the village. Praise be to God! Trouble hearing Sunday’s Sermon?
