onny has had a life long dream to enhance and change the lives of those younger than he. Tonny understood that in order to accomplish his goal of imparting his wisdom and knowledge to those around him he would need to be highly educated. He took the initial step and enrolled in school. Tonny has achieved a BSC in Botany, but his dream pushed him to pursue his master’s degree (Mphil) in Biology. It was in his second year in the Mphil program at the University of Ghana that Tonny established his position as a distributor in Syntek Glaobal. He saw the vision of financial freedom and a way to not only change his life, but others as well.

Tonny could not afford the initial sign up fee at that time so he made the difficult decision to sell his laptop to raise the money. He sold such a valuable tool because he badly needed another source of income to simply live a comfortable life on campus. Tonny had previously engaged himself in buying and selling sandals, movies, bathing gels ECT, but all of those activities failed to give him the kind of financial assistance he badly needed. The Syntek Global opportunity was different he knew he would not fail.

ichelle’s Syntek journey has just begun. From a self-employed Interior Designer, managing her own business and being a Managing Partner of her husband's BPO Company for the past eight years, she faced high levels of stress, sleepless nights and migraine headaches almost everyday. Michelle could not find fulfillment, despite having full control of her work, destiny, and getting paid more than the salary that she needed. 

These challenges brought Michelle to a realization of looking into an opportunity like that of Syntek Global which could potentially address her situation, give her full-control of her time and resources while achieving her goals, hopes, dreams and aspirations. 

At 35, a mother of 3 beautiful children and a step-mom of 2, Michelle always found a need to bring her work closer to home while earning a living. She believed that regardless of how demanding work and community life is, children should be first on the long list of priorities. The struggles of managing a career, a business, people, meeting high expectations, and raising a happy family requires more than 16 hours of time in a day, a whole lot of persistence and a balancing act in order to sustain both productive and healthy relationships. 

In her 5 months of being a distributor at Syntek Global, she has gone through major  transformations. She is closer than ever to accomplishing her deepest desires. Michelle considers herself blessed, but by her standards success can only be measured by how many lives she gets to touch during her lifetime.

In Syntek Global, Michelle regained her enthusiasm, became even more optimistic, more prayerful, light-hearted and committed to her dreams. She realized that helping others succeed was one way for her to succeed. Her heart goes out to people in need but she needed to teach them how to fish instead of always giving them the fish. Michelle loves to empower people, especially abused, neglected and abandoned women and children. She has helped several lives in her 35 years, she is an example of someone who never quits and keeps moving forward despite of struggles and challenges that were often bigger than her. In Michelle’s own words she says the following; “Syntek Global's opportunity is my best tool not only to help myself, but also to help others succeed and have the lives we have always desired to have!”
