Mearns Kirk Lunch and Social Club

Last week we were delighted to welcome Sandra and Cerys and their delightful petting dog, Ted, who was a great hit with everyone. Thank you for bringing your very special little dog along, we hope that he will visit us again.



Report from Ann and family who are on holiday in Elie

First week in Elie in the East Neuk of Fife.Today we went to Jenettas world famous ice cream parlour in St Andrews, Yummy. Here is a picture of the Ship Inn, one of our favourite haunts looking over Elie harbour. Fiona, Erin and Eve and enjoying a wee refreshment in the near garden next to the sea. At night Fiona built a fire on the beach and we enjoyed bacon cheese burgers before toasting huge marshmallows. Jamies face was covered in ketchup, sand and sticky marshmallows. We had to dump him straight into a big bath.
