Representative Accountability Database-RAD
All agents are required to register for the
Representative Accountability Database (RAD) by the
end of day on March 2nd
. This database enrolls you
as an agent and you will receive a code which you
will identify agents with their agency. Please click the

Reminder
All agents must have an ID badge and a copy of the
Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Your manual has a copy of the SOP as well you can
now find a copy on our website under Agent Support
if needed.

articles that will help you in the field as well
as the Assurance SOP. Also you are able to
order marketing materials which are payroll
deductible. If you haven’t downloaded the
Viber App for field audits you can find the link
for instructions on how to download. For
managers there is a field audit link as well an
inventory accountability and request form.

New Data Plan
A new Data Plan in the NLAD states has increased data to 3G per month. This makes the NLAD plan 350 minutes per month with unlimited text and 3G of data. An individual may elect to wave the data and receive 1,000 minutes of voice and unlimited text with no data; this is done by the customer call 611 after they have received their new phone.
