Way to Go Betcy Contreras (photo on left). “Although I have a great mentor and Team Lead, Betcy has assisted

me SO MUCH with Spanish accounts.. I do not have an employment background in the medical field, so many terms and procedures were new to me (even in English) and Betcy has helped me understand ways to explain things to consumers in Spanish because not all English words directly translate to a Spanish word.. I feel comfortable knowing she is only a few feet away to ask questions about translations that I didn't even learn in college.”

Submitted by — Shakera Myree, NACS Staff Collector 30.

Rookie of the Month Kaleb Murphy (shown on right) June was Kaleb’s 4th full month on the collection floor and he has ex-ceeded expectations each month. June he collected over $60,000 and was in the top 10 in collections for the month. Kaleb does a great job and we are looking for him to continue to set personal records in the months ahead.
