    At Service Punch 2014, we brought together for the rst time in Pakistan, leading industry professionals, and a diverse audience, to specically address the methodologies, mindset and processes implemented by local organizations to achieve this purpose. The conconference was an in depth study of the landscape of local and global customer care standards. We questioned where and how the current standards of customer service were lacking and the innovations being implemented to tackle these challenges. We shone light on the existing andand the evolving mindset of both service providers & customers themselves and delved into the broader analysis of who and what comprises a customer.

    The conference featured an amazing selection of panel speakers in three dened sessions, including Keynote Speakers Bouzeneth Benouda MD Metro Cash and Carry Pakistan and Roshane Zafar of FINCA. Panel Speakers included distinguished guests such as Mudasir Aqil, NiazNiaz Malik, Warids VP of Customer Care Nauman Fakhar, Saba Gul of Popinjay amongst many others.

    Session moderators included Fatima Asad Said, Suleman Ansar Khan, and Adeel Anwar, while the day-long vent was hosted by Evenements own Umer Khan, Co-Founder of the PHCF and Founder of Activ8. Like all EVENEMENT events, learning, sharing and information was brbrought together with entertainment and engagement with a customized performance by the NCA Mime Team,

    motivational videos and in-depth case studies. Saba Gul of Popinjay and our panelist shared some unique insights about stalking their customers in order to get to know them better, while Telenor extolled the virtues of their core customer service value loved by customers. The event brought to light a newly emerging corporate mindset, where organizations are now viewing colleagues and inter-organization departments as customers educationalists talked about the service provided not merely to students but to the markets those students then served, and inspirational insights were shared between speakers and participants in a series of high energy Q&A sessions.Activ8s SeService Punch was envisioned to be an annual event which plays a crucial role in evolving the customer experience in Pakistan. With the global food revolution hitting Pakistan, EVENEMENTs Masterchef has been a smashing hit with teams at all levels.

    Umer Khan On:Building TeamsThat Work. Theres an old adage that says A team is only as strong as its weakest link. This could not be more true. In over 14 years as a trainer and entrepreneur, I have seen again and again; that strong teams are made of empowered individuals. I dont think this is a rerevelation. Its something any team leader learns along the way.

    The trick lies in discovering how to empower, motivate and strengthen your individuals. And this is a study in human nature. What works to motivate or inspire one person, may come across as white noise to another. What pushes one person to greatness, may be very didierent from what ignites passion in another.

    At EVENEMENT were big fans of wrapping messaging in a powerful, motivational, impact-ful thematic context. Yes, we enjoy playing dress up and using super cool imagery for our elements, but beyond that, with the ability to bring team members from all echelonsechelons onto the same page, strong thematic context provides a common ground of reference. Creating familiarity that serves to enhance communication across the board.

The grand event was inaugurated by Chief Minister Punjab, Mian Mohammed Shahbaz Sharif on site at the M3 Industrial City.     Launch of Pakpur Mobile Health Unit

    The Pakpur Foundation is a uniquely structured forum of known Pakistani academics, policy makers, business leaders and development experts. The Foundation integrates research, eld based collaborations, philanthropy and social enterprise.

    OnOn the 26th of March, 2014 EVENEMENT facilitated the Pakpur Foundation as it launched its Mobile Health Unit, a new project which focuses on bringing critical healthcare to the masses.

    Mobile vans comprising an extensive clinical facility are deployed in key areas, where healthcare is dicult to access and in communities where hospitals, clinics and other medical services are not accessible.

    TThe MHU model, brainchild of Pakistans leading Public Health Expert, Dr. Naeem Ud Din Mian, has been acknowledged as a functional system of health sector innovation, which is pro-poor, accessible and cost eective while addressing the

    coverage and service delivery gap of primary healthcare services for the poor and disadvantaged.

    MHU in other regions of Pakistan have shown great promise as a tool in providing routine & emergency healthcare in remote areas.The Pakpur MHU will provide quality primary healthcare, including trained doctors and support sta, with a special focus on maternal, neonatal and child healthcare services. The project was inaugurated by President of the Pakpur Foundation Mr. Haroon Khawaja.

    For Tetra Paks annual employee and family day activity EVENEMENT created a larger than life carnival in December 2014 at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club. Entitled the Fantasy Farm, the event used rustic imagery in delightful contrast with vibrant carnival colours to create a memomemorable day for more than 1500 members of the Tetra Pak family. The day-long event included seven fun-lled zones, packed with games, engagements and excitement for the whole family. With rides for kids, a multitude of carnival games, street artists, entertainers, puppet shows, SStorytelling with Adeel Hashmi, Make Overs by Depilex, cooking competitions judged by celebrity chef Kaukab Khwaja, a delightful food court with Nissa Sultan, Dominos, Bombay Chopatti, Dunkin Donuts and a custom created Desi Dhabba, the fun-lled day was hosted with high eneenergy and a touch of humor by lm and

    television star Omair Rana. The event was interspersed with Lucky Draw winners announced throughout the day, and ended on a high note in true EVENEMENT style with a custom created game show, the Farmyard Face O where Team Omair faced o against Team Adeel in a series of fun,fun, exciting and exhilarating team challenges. Winning the day, Team Adeel leader Adeel Hashmi said that whichever team won, the victory belonged to Tetra Pak. An excellent sentiment upon which to end the day.
