Why the change

We have taken much feedback from around the business with many users having issues with finding files and information, we have eradicated the whole process of searching and filtering through information.

We took feedback on what should be on the website and what is mostly used, we now have a clean website which makes navigation easier and makes sure that the information is relevant and up to date.

Information was generally out of date and had an issue trying to locate information with-it not being reliable a change was needed to support the new information release programme

allows us to show you many linked content to the current section your looking for.

Access to salesforce allowing you to update the appointments directly without the need of web forms

Now a nice clean page layout with the most important information on the home screen

Consumer Appointments

We have now taken the opportunity to move the consumer appointments from the app and website to give you direct access to Salesforce.

The logins are as follows;

Access to Salesforce is via the stores on the consumer appointment page
