Utilized to prevent misplaced pallets from accidentally falling through the beams, safety bars give an added level of safety and protection for pallet racking. Safety bars are available to suit Built-In Step Beams and Box Beams.

Our hook-over safety bars are manufactured from the same high strength steel as our beams and are available with cups to suit 1-1/2” (40 mm) or 2” (50 mm) beam depths. Each cup on the safety bar comes with a pre-punched hole for mechanically fastening the safetybar to the beam. Our hook-over safety barswork with both box and step beams.

Our patented Snap-In Safety Bar snaps into place on pre-punched, built-in step beams. The safety bar locks in place, providing maximum protection for people and equipment and it meets CSA standards without requiring mechanical fastening. The Pallet Runner® system is a high density storage system that allows you to store multiple pallets in a deep lane configuration.The system also gives you the flexibility of retrieving pallets from any lane with multiple SKU locations without driving into the system.

• A two-way locking principle at each corner

Easy to assemble and fully adjustable afterwards without disassembling, Interlock No-Bolt Shelving can be used and purchased as a single bay or multiple bays. Additional bays are easy to add onto existing bays.

Interlock No-Bolt shelving is among the most rigid in the industry. The shelves are produced from high strength cold-rolled steel and come complete with double-bends on all four sides and closed locking corners. The uprights – “Tee Posts” - are made of 16 gauge hot-rolled steel and are pre-punched, roll-formed, welded and cut-to-length in a continuous operation.

If you don’t have existing racking or would like a stand-alone bay of carton flow racking, Roller Rack is a great option. Roller Rack is available as a complete stand-alone package, with uprights, beams and carton flow track. A complete bay can be assembled in about 1 hour, with no tools required.

Roller Rack easily creates a dynamic storage medium, allowing all picking operations to be performed at the front of the system and replenishment to take place at the back of the system. As cartons are removed from the system on the picking side, new product rolls forward to replace those removed. Carton flow can increase pick rates up to 30% versus static storage and introduces a more ergonomically safe picking process.

These Canadian made steel lockers are available is a range of sizes and configurations. They all come with an extremely durable finish to provide years of trouble free use and easy cleaning.

FEATURES:

• All lockers come fully assembled and prepared for padlock

• 16 guage frame, 24 guage body, 20 gauge outer door and 24 guage inner door

• Single tier lockers come equipped with one hat shelf and three nickel plated coat hooks

• Double and Triple tier lockers come with two coat hooks per compartment

• All of our lockers come with a recessed aluminum handle

• Standard single tier locker size - 72” H x 12” W x 18” D
