It is our primary objective to operate a profitable business that provides high-end therapeutic massages and other aesthetic

services in a state of that art, and chic professional environment.

VISION

It is our vision to enhance our clients’ natural beauty from the inside out. We see ourselves as providing avant garde beauty and wellness services at all times. Hence, we aim to make the everyday ordinary as

extraordinary.

GOAL:

Our business goal is to establish a posh and fully modernized day SPA in an 89Sqm Commercial Area in the

heart of Eastwood City. We intend to cater to the busy Yuppies, Mall Rats, Call Center Employees, and Residents of

the district by providing them an accessible Aesthetics and Wellness Center that would allow them to be pampered

exclusively as they indulge after a long day.

In relation, We hope to benefit from the development of additional business and residential districts in the Eastwood

area. Our estimated ROI ( Return of investment ) is within 3-5 Years, depending on the economic situation. In 5 years time,

an expansion is on the horizon and the possibility of franchising is not far behind.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager- Person who manage the activities Cashier- is an occupation focused on the handling of

cash money. Aesthetician- Person who is responsible for the manicure and

pedicure. Massage Therapist- can specialize in different types of massage.

OPERATIONS

MASSAGE

*Swedish Massage- massage therapist use long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using lotion or oil.

*Aromatherapy Massage- massage therapists add one or more scented plants oil to address specific needs.

*Deep Tissue Massage - targets the deeper layers of the muscle and connective tissue. Massage therapist uses slower strokes techniques across the grain of the muscle.

*Shiatsu - is a form of Japanese bodywork that uses localized finger pressure in a rhythmic sequence on acupuncture meridians.

*Thai massage - aligns the energies of the body using gentle pressure on specific points.

*Reflexology - sometimes called foot massage. Applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to organs and system in the body.

*Back Massage - massage therapist focuses on the back of the customer.

*Balinese Massage- is a full body, deep tissue, holistic treatment that combines acupuncture, reflexology, stretching and aromatherapy.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a new treatment that is becoming extremely popular in day spas, and finding its way into various modalities such as

chiropractic care and medically based treatments around the world. This course can

easily make you more marketable and increase your income, while saving your

hands from the typical wear and tear experienced in performing a traditional

massage.

Waxing is a method of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair from the root. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for two to eight weeks. Almost any area of the body can be waxed, including eyebrows, face, bikini area, legs, arms, back, abdomen and feet. There are many types of waxing suitable for removing unwanted hair.

Body Scrub

Body Scrub (or Body Polish) is a beauty ritual that helps maintain your skin's beauty, color,

softness and well-being. It boosts the effectiveness of serums or creams that are applied after shower! It is a suspension of coarse granules (apricot, walnut, oatmeal or sea salt) in a semi-liquid medium or gel (often resembling the consistency of body

butter or a moisturizing lotion).

The scrub agent helps to remove dead skin off your body and expose a supple layer of younger skin,

making you feel fresh and rejuvenated. If your skin had become rough and has darkened due to pollution or

exposure to dust, you can use a body scrub to remove the rough skin layer leaving you with a soft and supple

skin.

Generally used in a complete spa treatment, body scrub involves the use of an exfoliating body scrub and

is followed by a hydrating body wrap to nourish the skin and keep it fresh and supple. In case you are not going for the beauty treatment at a spa, you can use a body scrub while having your bath and exfoliate your

skin.
