SB 419 Stanislawski/Quinn – School Day –

SB 559 Ford/Casey – ACE EOI Exemptions – Allowing

certain student scores on approved alternative EOI exams to demonstrate mastery of content; allowing for school grades to be calculated based on student scores on approved alternate exams; allowing for educator effectiveness to be calculated using student scores on approved alternate exams. SB 226 Ford/Coody – ACE Remediation

SB 251 Garrison/Hulbert – Graduation

SB 259 Bingman/Shannon – Firearms - Changes

the language relating to the possession of firearms on school property; requires school authorities to report discovery of unauthorized firearms to law enforcement. Effective Date: April 4, 2013. Signed by the Governor: April 4, 2013.
