I want to talk to you about five physical

checkpoints that you should use to

determine the things that your swing can

and can’t do and the some adjustments

that you need to make before that.

1. The first one, we put

our arms across our

chest, across our

shoulders and we turn

our upper body without

turning our lower body.

2. You get your arm at

90 degrees like you’re

taking oath and then

how much will that arm

bend back without

bending your back.

3. The next thing you

need to look at is you

take the golf club and

you make a back swing

with your right arm and

then you bring your left

arm up to meet the club.

4. The next thing you

want to check is your

wrist. Will your wrist

hinge easily? So, if your

wrist does this, that’s

pretty normal.

5. And then lastly, we want

to check about touching our

toes. Your hamstring

tightness will determine if

you can stay in your

posture or if it feels so tight

that you cannot rise up to

get past the discomfort.

We want you to take that test and figure

those things out.
