Project Details

ACC is planning to epand its cement grinding cpacity at Purulia District of West Bengal. Major raw material required for the capacity enhancement of the cement grinding unit is clinker, which is sourced from ACC Plants located at Chaibasa, Bargarh, Jamul. Other raw materials are Gypsum & steel plant slag, which are sourced from Rajasthan and IISCO steel plant at Burnpur respectively. As of June 2013, the project has received clearance from ministry of environment and forests.

Project Details

JK Lakshmi Cement is setting up a cement grinding unit with a capacity of 1.5 million tpa in Surat district of Gujarat. The project also involves an aerated autoclaved concrete blocks unit with a capacity of 1,000 cubic mtrs per day and 10 MW coal / pet-coke based captive power unit. As of April 2013, the project is in the planning stage.
