• In an effort to make the Improvement Plan submittal easier for schools and administrators, we have developed an online Improvement Plan database that provides Editing and online Storage and Retrieval capabilities.

• This presentation is designed to be an instructional tool.

• If you are in a county or school administrator with multiple schools, you will need to select the school.

• Example:

Step Three

• From the listing now select the concentration that has been identified via the data profile as “needing an improvement plan”.

Page 8: New Procedures for Completing Improvement Plans By Tracy L. Chenoweth & Dr. Sherri Nash.

Explanation

• So, how do you know which concentration is in need of an improvement plan?– You need to look very closely at your school

profile data report– Look at the very last column of your Excel

spreadsheet entitled, “Improvement Plan Submitted”

– If you have an NR that means none is required.

– If the field is blank, you need to submit an improvement package

Step Four

• Now that the concentration has been selected you can begin working– For this example I am going to use Phillip

Barbour’s E-Business Publishing• This is just for an example – they may or may

not need to submit for this concentration (demonstration only)
