INTRODUCTION

As said before, the purpose of this brief presentation is to introduce two new physical laws in the field of the Mechanics Physics of Isaac Newton, or Classical Physics.

This presentation has as main objective the accomplishment of Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.

This right is enshrined in Article 15 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: 1. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone:(a) To take part in cultural life;(b) To enjoy the benefits of scientific progress and its applications;(c) To benefit from the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the

author.2. The steps to be taken by the States Parties to the present Covenant to achieve the full realization of this right shall include those necessary

for the conservation, the development and the diffusion of science and culture.3. The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to respect the freedom indispensable for scientific research and creative activity.4. The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the benefits to be derived from the encouragement and development of international

contacts and co-operation in the scientific and cultural fields.

Accordingly with such rights, this presentation is an obliged public petitioning to the United Nations for the preceptive application of the corresponding systems derived from such physics statements, in accordance with the strict safety standards for the protection of life on transport, and in all those applications in static or dynamic structures that make it advisable or be required human society.

It is noted that on 13 January 2004 was presented at the OEPM (Spanish Patent and trade mark Office), patent Nº 200400111 of a first system application as a proof and demonstration of these two new physics statements.

FIRST PHYSICS LAW

Physics Law based on obtaining the exact elasticity of static and dynamic bodies or structures by electro-mechanical system.

This physical statement is presented in three ways or different parts for better understanding.  Statement: 1. In a body or elastic structure, any point of the same is in itself its own elasticity’s measurement reference system, and measuring system of its inertial or non-inertial associated physics variables. 2. All points belonging to a body or structure are measurement reference systems among all them. 3. A whole body or elastic structure is in itself its own elasticity measurement reference system, and measuring system of its inertial or non-inertial associated physics variables.

Example of the physical basis of the statement This example is based on the astronomical measurements taken from Earth: 1. - Imagine the Universe with all bodies

or star clusters in motion, and the astronomical distance measurements we currently do between Earth and any star or planet. 2. - To make these measurements we start from the hypothetical consideration that Earth is the only fixed point in the Universe, and that is said Universe which goes around Earth. 3. - Now imagine a body or structure with the whole atoms or molecules equivalent to a small universe, where the atomic forces that joined themselves are equivalent to the force of gravity. 4. - And finally imagine any point of the structure or body (for example: the center of gravity), which in turn correspond to the Earth as fixed reference point of measurement among the other points of the structure whose elasticity we want to measure. 5. - Since the distance between the structural points are known or have constant value, all we need is to measure the elastic rotation angles of these points (bending and twisting) to obtain the elasticity at any point of the structure. The total structure’s elasticity is taken (for example), at the ends of the structure’s lenght or wing’s tips.

In practice the system takes all measuring points (sensors) as reference among all them, which makes the

system accurate and infallible in their mechanical behavior, as shown in the following drawings examples of sensor network.

ELASTIC ENVELOPE

The two physical statements are based on the balance of the system of forces acting on an elastic body or structure, both static and dynamic. Therefore, these two new physics laws, allow us determine the accurate values of the forces acting on a body or structure, based on the accurate measurement of the body’s resulting elasticity; which is called elastic envelope (EE), as a new concept in the study of bodies or structures.

SECOND PHYSICS LAW

This second new physics laws is based on the breakage of the balance of the system of forces acting on an elastic body, which leads to the Principle of Cause and Effect as a fundamental principle in the field of Mechanical Physics or Classical Physics of Isaac Newton, giving place to the second statement which sets:

Statement: The rupture of the equilibrium of the system of forces acting on an elastic body in motion, always causes an

elastic effect on that body directly proportional to the value of the force that causes such effect.

According to figure, the main forces acting on an aircraft are the causes of the variation of the elasticity or elastic

envelope (EE) of said aircraft; and each force has its own elastic envelope (EE), whose sum gives us the total elastic envelope or integral elasticity of the aircraft. The integral elasticity would correspond to the flight envelope of the aircraft.

In conclusion: Any variation in the elasticity value of these main forces would be mechanically detected by the

former first new physics law, and mechanically determined in its origin by this second statement of the “cause and effect”.

TESTS

Measuring diagrams have been obtained according to test from basic electro-mechanical system, to obtain the measure of bending-torsion of the wing. The trial was conducted on ultralight aircraft RANS Coyote S6-ES, belonging to the CANAIRE School’s Ultralight Fleet.

In the photo below, next to the aircraft, is the ultralight’s instructor Daniel Oscar del Rosary who performed the test.

It is noted, that unlike large commercial reactors where elasticity (bending - torsion) of the wing and fuselage are obvious, in ultralight aircraft this does not happen.
