New Order Violations Process In order to Submit an Order there are many rules that need to be adhered to. For example, each Order needs a Time Tracker record. Whenever any of these rules are broken they are now logged as “Violation” records. These “Violations” need to be taken care of before continuing. Let’s use the example of Time Tracker records to show the new “Violations” process.

New Order Violations Process

In order to Submit an Order there are many rules that need to be adhered to. For example, each Order needs a Time Tracker record. Whenever any of these rules are broken they are now logged as “Violation” records. These “Violations” need to be taken care of before continuing.

Let’s use the example of Time Tracker records to show the new “Violations” process.

Navigate to My Uncompleted Activities and drill in.

Click the “Start Work Order” button (without a Time Tracker)

Attempt to click the “Finish” button for the Work Order, but if no Time Tracker records exist you will see this new screen.

1. Override the Violation, if needs be, by placing a check in the Override field.2. If you don’t want to override the Violation, or if it can’t be overridden, go to

the next slide.

If there are Violations that cannot be overridden then you need to Pause the task and correct the Order.

1. Click the “Pause” button.2. Click on the “Activities” tab3. Drill into the Repair Activity that you are currently working on.4. Click on the “SR Order” (or “Time Tracker”) tab that is beneath the Activity.

5. Correct the Problem that is causing the Violation(s).6. Go to your Inbox and click on the Work Order to “un-pause” it.7. Click “Finish” so that the Order gets submitted.
