When Employees are created as customers in ECC, they need to be sent via the interface

to CRM. Applied a custom user exit (function module) to create customers as employees

in CRM. The user exit is triggered every time a customer is sent from ECC to CRM viaBDOCs from BAPI BAPI_CUSTOMER_SAVE.

CRM 2007: BSP view changes to default English as the default language in customer

create screens in CRM Web UI.

SAP BI/BW & CRM 2007 Interface: Developed two custom Data Sources for BW in

RSO2 transaction. Developed 2 related function modules (BI extractors) that extract data

from SAP ECC and pass the data to CRM. First module extracts Sales Orders,

Opportunities, and Leads; Second Funct. Module extracts Business Partners (BP’s), theiruser ID’s, Assigned Accounts, and Employees Responsible.

CRM 2007: Developed several custom function modules that are triggered during

creation of an Account. The custom module trigger is inserted in the list of the modules

called during data save. The data is passed to the custom module, which dynamicallycreates an ABAP variant and submits another ABAP program in background. The

submitted program updates Corporate Account by adding an additional Sales Area to the

Sales Area Data via BAPI.

The interface is two-way: inbound and outbound and send five types of data each way

(total 10 interfaces). Outbound: Outbound Delivery, PO, STO, Inbound Delivery,

Customer Return; Inbound: RMA, PO, Packing, Picking, Goods Movement (4movements); Outbound interface is triggered real-time during delivery creation in the

user exit MV50AFZ1 form userexit_save_document; while inbound is processed near

real-time via a 2-minute batch job. BAPI’s, function modules, and CALLTRANSACTION methods used (FM WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE,

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE;

Created a custom program for mass update of billing documents/invoices. The program

was required after the pricing procedure was updated and invoice subtotals and net valuefields became incorrect. The program is an ALV report that allows update of SAP

customer invoice data.

Designed, Developed, and supported implementation of several custom ABAP

development objects related to Warranty Claim Processing.

Developed a set of ABAP programs that allow mass-generation of warranty claims for

system volume testing. Over 50,000 claims were created using the program. The end-



user was able to supply input data (warranty claim information) in MS Excel format,

which was saved on the application server and used to generate warranty claims in SAP.

GMLIDS, GM Labor Information Database provides data to SAP via a custom inbound

interface and custom SAP tables. After GMLID labor data is extracted and loaded into

custom SAP tables, it is referenced by custom ABAP function modules used forvalidation of labor times submitted by dealers on warranty claims.

Scheduled and monitored jobs related GMLID data loads and mass-claim loads

Redesigned and implemented changes to syntax check (validation) of warranty claim data

Developed an SAP to ADP outbound interface for Time Data. By getting

Absence/Attendance Hours; Sick, Vacation, Bereavement, Military, Jury, Unpaid Hours,

FMLA from IT2001 (via macro rp-read-all-time-ity), also getting time results via FMHR_TIME_RESULTS_GET; email address via BAPI BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL;

Developed a program that serves as reminder (email notification) to approvers to approve

released times entered by EEs in a given timeframe. The program also is used as a

reminder (email notification) to EEs to correct rejected times. From technical point the program reads CATSDB table in a given date range, finds released times, then gets

approvers from personnel numbers. Then each approver will get the list of his/her

employees via email. Rejected record notifications are done similarly by readingCATSDDB, getting pernr, then pernr’s email address via a BAPI.



Developed another notification program that read CATSDB records and sends reminders

to employees to enter their time. The program is scheduled to run in the background and

will generate emails to employees that did not enter their timesheets on time. Positivetime tracking is used (IT0007-Times_status =1). By reading CATSDB for a given

interval, find missing time for ACTIVE EE’s, then get user ID from IT0105, then email

address via BAPI, then send email.
