• Enter the Business Name you are familiar with and verify the auto-filled info is correct

local point of contact / decision-maker for the property (i.e., property managers, business owners, and facility and operations managers)

looks correct, then Click OK and Proceed with Submission or Cancel

acknowledge that the irrigation system checkup complies with all rules and regulations of the city ordinance
• Click Select All box

the Responsible Party or the Licensed Irrigator completing the checkup
• Enter Signature (Enter Name)
• Click Back or Submit

• Checkup Report Status: Pending Review until approved by SAWS
• Scroll down to see all info entered in the report.
• Click Print for paper copy or to save as pdf

• Login to Create Report for new meter/property or View Report for meter/property already submitted

Properties with Multiple Meters
• Login with any irrigation meter at the property
• Home Screen will display all meters grouped for the property
• Verify all irrigation meters at the property are included on Home Screen

If you have more than 10, you will need to create reports in groups
of 10 maximum
Properties with Multiple Meters• Select up to 10 meters
at a time for a mass report (must check the box by each meter)
• Click Mass Create Report

• Complete Steps 1-3 the same as if entering for one meter
• Only have to enter Property Information, Responsible Party, Licensed Irrigator info one time for up to 10 accounts

• Step 5: Acknowledgements apply to all meters in the Mass Create report

• Verify meter info is correct for the added meter. – If incorrect, please call

• Repeat process if needed for additional meters at the property by clicking Add Meter To Group

• If property has more than one meter, and more than one meter feeds the irrigation system, please file a separate report for each looped systems.
• Select the looped meters, then click on Mass Create Report

• Enter DBA and select box for “Are meters looped?”
• Click Save and Next
• Step 2 and 3 process remains the same

• Enter the total controllers and total zones on only the first meter. Enter 0’s for the total controller and total zones for the additional meters on the looped system.
• Enter the calculated Estimated Peak Monthly Gallons and Date of Analysis for each meter.

Properties with Multiple Meters
After successful submission of report for the looped system, click on the Home link to return to the meter list and select up to 10 meters for Mass Created Reports

Irrigation Checkup Compliance Report• After submission:
– All submitted reports are in “Pending Review” status until approved by SAWS Conservation
– Login any time to view, save, or print a copy of submitted report
• Once approved: – Email confirmation of compliance sent to Responsible Party and Licensed
Irrigator upon approval (email sent for each meter/account)
– Upon approval, Checkup Status will change to “In Compliance” on the View Report screen
