New Home 101 Campaign
-Objective: The original purpose for New Home 101 was to serve as a one time campaign in order to sell a large amount of inventory the builder had accumulated in the Triangle. Due to the success of the campaign, it continued and evolved into the brand for the Triangle division of K. Hovnanian Homes.

Execution: We used out of the box, edgy and colorful creative and headlines reaching target markets through direct mail, print ads, POP displays, collateral and Realtor programs.

- Results: Each year of the campaign we surpassed sales and traffic goals while gaining positive recognition for our efforts from the building industry winning many MAME, Stars, National, Summit and Addy Awards.
