What is Lifebushido and the Bushido Code?

• Lifebushido is a group of companies (ventures) started by Steve Kantor.

A New Hire works with Lifebushido in the initial stage of 0-10 hours before moving to the

Newshido stage between 10-100 hours with aspirations of becoming a full Ishido in the

future.

You need to reply to the “Job Offer” email we sent you within three days and let us know if you are accepting the Job Offer.

– Make sure you hit “Reply to All” so that both Steve Kantor and the New Hire Team Leader receive your answer.

• Complete Job Offer steps

• Complete first assignment New Hire Task “Review Application Process” (1 hour)

• Complete the New Hire Tasks you choose (30 min to 3 hours)

• Enter your first “Goal Action” into Quickbase and email to newhire@lifebushido.com (5 min)

• Mail Steve your full Job Application

• Apply to 1-3 Teams (30 min)

• Send a Daily Email at end of your day for 10 days to newhire@lifebushido.com (15 min)

Complete New Hire Tasks• Please do the following tasks and stay within the hour time limits for each

task. For each task, we should see a Goal Action that you entered, of work completed to be reviewed, approved, and then paid. You must complete all of these items, unless you do not fit the criteria for Top City Agents task, you will then be given an alternate assignment for alternate assignment please email newhire@lifebushido.com .

10 Days of Emails• Send New Hire Daily Email

For your first 10 days of work, send a daily email at end of your day to newhire@lifebushido.comSubject: New Hire - FIRSTNAME LASTNAME - Day X o Example: New Hire - Sally Smith - Day 7

• Each day, create a Microsoft Word document of your work or other tasks, with a page break between days. At end of Day 10, print the ten page document and mail to Lifebushido. o Important: This is reviewed as part of New Hire evaluations.

• If you have any questions about any aspect of the process which are not currently addressed by New Hire FAQs or related pages, add your questions to top of the New Hire FAQs page by editing the page and also include them in your daily email.

10 Days of Emails

Your daily email is simply a summary of anything you did on New Hire or actual work process with Lifebushido and any new questions.

Also include in your daily emails any issues or communication problems you may have had with a Team Leader.

For example, if you sent an email and you are still waiting for a response let New Hire know: o the day you sent the email o the question o and how long you have been waiting for the response.

10 Days of Emails

• Your 10 days of emails make take 10 days or up to 30 days, depending on what days of week you do some work. If your work is slow to pick up, email what you are reading and learning about the company. Its very important to stay regular with your communication.

Mail Steve Your Full Job Application• The short Bio you wrote about yourself when you applied for the job (This can be found in

your application. To get back to your application, Go into "People Working WithLifebushido," click on "Find" at the top of the page, and type your name.)

• Your resume• Your job application (These are the Job Application Questions you answered and probably

have saved as a Word doc.)• The first assignment you just completed. (Review Application Process)

o Please put these items in the above order, staple them together and mail to Steve. Our address is on www.lifebushido.com under About Us.

o This helps save Steve time and lets him review your skills in more detail.o It is very important this is mailed to Steve within a few days. He will then read over all

the New Hire packets received and will send you an evaluation.

applying for these teams, please follow the template and include your resume and

application.
