If you have ordered the Your Choice Mastercard, Online Mastercard or Love2shop Gift Card they will require activation. To do this simply go to www.love2shop.co.uk Details will be sent with your cards when the time comes.

CARD ACTIVATION

The Your Choice Card allows you to shop online or in-store wherever the Mastercard acceptance mark is shown. A 10% fee applies to the value of your card - for example, buying a £100 card incurs a £10 fee, so you pay £110. If your card is lost or stolen and you need a replacement (let’s hope that doesn’t happen) there is a fee for replacement of £8.90. Full details of fees and charges can be found online on the relevant product page.

YOUR CHOICE CARD

Spend in-store at lots of your favourite places. When you register and activate your card, you'll see a full list of where you can spend Love2shop Gift Cards as well as the online spend options available to you. To check out the card terms and conditions go to the relevant product page online.

LOVE2SHOP CARD

For your convenience we may automatically add some items from your 2020 order again for 2021. If we do, we will notify you of the order details. All we ask is that you check your renewal details to ensure you are happy with what we've added. If you want to change it or delete anything – that's okay, just go to your account online or call us.

ORDER RENEWALS

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and circumstances change. So if you need to cancel your order, and let us know before 31st August, there will be no cancellation charge. Please see our Terms & Conditions of Sale for charges after this date.

CANCELLATION

If you are not completely satisfied with your order after it has been delivered, make sure you let us know with-in 14 days. Please see our Terms & Conditions of Sale for full details of our returns policy.
