According to the Government Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1469 of November 21, 2012 under the state order of the budget program 055 “The scientific and/or technical activities”, the programme 100 “Programmed financing”, the specifics of 149 “Other services and work” on the basis of agreement for research No. 2025 of November 26, 2012 to the amounts of funding in 2012 JSC “National Centre for Scientific and Technical Information”, undertook a work to establish a Database for innovation and patents

The Database for Innovations and Patents is an informational array of science intensive technology and inventions aimed to commercial implementation, public access to which is provided on the National Research Portal www.nauka.kz

Forming the base is done by systematization the data displayed and registered in NCSTI accounting documentation on research projects to determine the quality of the results in terms of:patentabilitylevel of inventive conceptdecent level of patent researchnumber of security documents, obtained as a result of R&Deconomic, social and environmental performance

All incoming reports on R&D, according to the State Rubricator of Scientific and Technical Information (SRSTI) were divided into four areas:Social SciencesNatural & Exact SciencesEngineering & Applied Sciences. Branches of EconomyInterdisciplinary ProblemsDuring the period from November 26 to December 31, 2012 we analyzed 1643 Research Report. As a result, for the public use we posted a database at the National Scientific Portal www.nauka.kz containing information on the results of 420 R&D that have a positive impact (availability of security documents)
