New Council Homes and Improvements at Latchingdon Gardens We’re writing to share information on our proposals to build brand new council homes near you and to find out your views. As your council we are committed to fully consult with local people to make sure you have your say on our plans for new, affordable council housing and community improvements across Redbridge. This is just the start of the consultation process. There will be further opportunities for you to give your views on our proposals. There are no fixed plans yet, and the Council will be following all planning guidance, making sure any new buildings will largely match existing ones. We’re writing to share information on our proposals to build brand new council homes near you and to find out your views. This newsletter is part of the Council’s formal consultation with you under Section 105 of Housing Act 1985.
