Commercial LoansThere will be no change to the rates, payment schedule, terms or structure of your commercial loans or lines of credit. Your loan number will remain the same. You can continue to make your payment at any Old Second Bank location, auto deduct from your Old Second checking or money market account, mail to Old Second or any other method you are currently using. Payments can be mailed to Old Second National Bank: 37 S. River Street, Aurora, Illinois, 60506.

Deposit Bank StatementsYou will receive a final checking, money market, or savings statement from ABC Bank that will contain activity through the close of business on June 8, 2018. This will be a paper statement. Your Old Second Bank checking and money market statement will be a month end statement. This will result in two June statements on your account. Your Old Second Savings account statement will be produced on the calendar quarter unless you have activity that triggers a monthly statement.

If you are receiving electronic statements from ABC Bank you will need to re-enroll in O2 eStatements through O2 Online Banking by clicking on the eStatement tab at the top of the page and follow the confirmation process. Old Second encourages the receipt of eStatements to avoid the $5.00 monthly fee that applies to receiving paper statements on your checking accounts. Old Second also offers an alternative secure email delivery option that enables you to have your statement sent to additional recipients such as your accountant. Call and ask us about your best eStatement option.

Certificates of Deposit (CD)There will be no changes to the rates, terms, early withdrawal penalties or your interest disposition on your current Certificates of Deposit until the first maturity date after June 8, 2018. Approximately 20 days prior to the maturity date of your CD, you will receive new terms and conditions including changes to early withdrawal penalties.

For balance and other information on your CDs, you can request your CDs be added to your O2 Online Banking account, request your CD information be combined with your checking or savings statement, or call our automated free 24 hour system (INFOLINE) at 888-892-6565.

Debit CardYou should receive your new O2 Debit Card on or shortly after June 1, 2018. You can activate your new card at any time by following the instructions included with the card. The card cannot be used until after 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Your ABC Bank card will no longer work after 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2018.

On May 18, 2018, you will be mailed additional information on the O2 Debit Card including information on our SecurLOCK™ Equip App that allows you to manage your debit card, MoneyPass® Surcharge Free ATM Network and App, and also other great benefits.

Online Banking and Bill PayYou will have access to view your ABC Bank Online Banking account until 4 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Prior to that cut-off, we recommend that you print or save any history or account information that you may need for your records. The activity information on your ABC Bank Online Banking account will not be transferred over to your O2 Online Banking account. (Your account information will be available and can be provided upon your request.)

If you have ABC Bank Bill Pay, it will be disabled on June 4, 2018, and you will no longer be able to view, schedule or change payments. Online Cash ManagerYour ABC Bank online Cash Management service will be migrated to O2 Online Cash Manager—a customizable cash/treasury management system. O2 Cash Manager helps you manage your cash flow online with the functionality to initiate ACH batches, perform wire transfers, upload and manage positive pay files, and allows for self-administration of user access and authorization levels. You will be receiving additional information for each product that your business currently utilizes that will explain what steps need to be taken for a smooth transition. Mobile Banking & Text BankingO2 Mobile Banking can be set-up by downloading the O2 App to your Android™ or iOS® device. If you need a quick way to check your balances or last account activity, set up O2 Text Banking through the Options Tab on your O2 Online Banking account. Simple to set up and easy to use.

Remote Deposit ProductsOld Second Bank offers 2 options for depositing checks remotely. O2 Remote Deposit Capture allows you to perform high volume deposits from your desktop using a scanner via the internet. O2 Mobile Deposit is available via our Mobile Banking app and allows you to perform deposits on the go. This deposit solution is for low volume depositors.

If you use ABC Bank EZDeposit, you will no longer be able to use it after 4:00 p.m on Friday, June 8, 2018. Your current scanner should be compatible with O2 Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). You will need to uninstall EZDeposit from your scanner and install O2 Remote Deposit Capture on June 11, 2018. We will be sending you instructions on how to uninstall the EZDeposit software and install the O2 RDC software. The card cannot be used until after 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Your ABC Bank card will no longer work after 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2018.

On May 18, 2018, you will be mailed additional information on the O2 Debit Card including information on our SecurLOCK™ Equip App that allows you to manage your debit card, MoneyPass® Surcharge Free ATM Network and App, and also other great benefits.

Online Banking and Bill PayYou will have access to view your ABC Bank Online Banking account until 4 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Prior to that cut-off, we recommend that you print or save any history or account information that you may need for your records. The activity information on your ABC Bank Online Banking account will not be transferred over to your O2 Online Banking account. (Your account information will be available and can be provided upon your request.)

If you have ABC Bank Bill Pay, it will be disabled on June 4, 2018, and you will no longer be able to view, schedule or change payments. Any payments scheduled prior to June 8, 2018 will still be processed. Your Bill Pay information should be transferred automatically to O2 BillPay as well as your scheduled recurring payments.

Please take the time to verify that your BillPay information is correct.

The week of June 4, 2018, you will receive an email from Old Second with your Online Banking ID, your temporary password and instructions on activating your new O2 Online Banking account. Your O2 Online Banking account will be set-up with the same accounts that appeared on your ABC Bank Online Banking account. You will not see any activity until transactions start clearing your account after conversion.

O2 Online Banking is a user friendly, functional online banking system. Besides viewing account balances and transactions on deposit and loan accounts you can: transfer between accounts, make loan payments, set up account and personal alerts, enroll and view your eStatements, order checks, set up and schedule bill payments and manage mobile or text banking.

Online Cash ManagerYour ABC Bank online Cash Management service will be migrated to O2 Online Cash Manager—a customizable cash/treasury management system. O2 Cash Manager helps you manage your cash flow online with the functionality to initiate ACH batches, perform wire transfers, upload and manage positive pay files, and allows for self-administration of user access and authorization levels. Mobile Banking & Text BankingO2 Mobile Banking can be set-up by downloading the O2 App to your Android™ or iOS® device. If you need a quick way to check your balances or last account activity, set up O2 Text Banking through the Options Tab on your O2 Online Banking account. Simple to set up and easy to use.

Remote Deposit ProductsOld Second Bank offers 2 options for depositing checks remotely. O2 Remote Deposit Capture allows you to perform high volume deposits from your desktop using a scanner via the internet. O2 Mobile Deposit is available via our Mobile Banking app and allows you to perform deposits on the go. This deposit solution is for low volume depositors.

If you use ABC Bank EZDeposit, you will no longer be able to use it after 4:00 p.m on Friday, June 8, 2018. Your current scanner should be compatible with O2 Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). You will need to uninstall EZDeposit from your scanner and install O2 Remote Deposit Capture on June 11, 2018. We will be sending you instructions on how to uninstall the EZDeposit software and install the O2 RDC software. June 4, 2018 ........ The week of June 4, 2018, an email related to your new O2 Online Banking account will be sent to you. The email will contain your new O2 Online Banking ID, your temporary password, and instructions on how to start using your online banking account, which will be available the afternoon of June 10, 2018.

June 4, 2018 ........ Your ABC Bank online bill pay capability will be disabled. You will no longer be able to schedule any new payments, change payments or view bill pay activity and payees. Any payment scheduled to occur prior to June 8, 2018 will be completed as scheduled.

June 8, 2018 ........ After close of business your ABC Bank accounts will be converted to Old Second Bank accounts. For accounts that receive statements, your final ABC Bank statement will be generated with all activity through the end of the business day. This will be a paper statement even if you normally receive an electronic statement. Mobile Deposit, EZDeposit and ABC Online Banking for business customers will no longer be available after 4 p.m. on June 8, 2018.

June 9, 2018 ........ All ABC branches will officially open as Old Second National Bank branches.

June 10, 2018...... After 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2018, your ABC Bank Debit Card will no longer work. At that time you can start using your Old Second Bank Debit Card to access your accounts. By Sunday afternoon, you will be able to sign in and access your O2 Online Banking and BillPay and set up your Mobile Banking.

You can continue to make your payment at any Old Second Bank location, auto deduct from your Old Second checking or money market account, mail to Old Second or any other method you are currently using. Deposit Bank StatementsYou will receive a final checking, money market, or savings statement from ABC Bank that will contain activity through the close of business on June 8, 2018. This will be a paper statement. Your Old Second Bank checking and money market statement will be a month end statement. This will result in two June statements on your account. Your Old Second Savings account statement will be produced on the calendar quarter unless you have activity that triggers a monthly statement.

If you are receiving electronic statements from ABC Bank you will need to re-enroll in O2 eStatements through O2 Online Banking by clicking on the eStatement tab at the top of the page and follow the confirmation process. Old Second encourages the receipt of eStatements to avoid the $5.00 monthly fee that applies to receiving paper statements on your checking accounts. Old Second also offers an alternative secure email delivery option that enables you to have your statement sent to additional recipients such as your accountant. Q&A

Will the name of my bank change? Yes. At the close of business on April 19, 2018, Old Second National Bank headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, purchased ABC Bank. ABC Bank branches will become branches of Old Second National Bank. Signage changes on the bank will not occur until the weekend of June 9, 2018. Your ABC Bank deposit, loan and safe deposit box accounts will be converted to Old Second Bank accounts at the close of business on Friday, June 8, 2018.

Will the hours of operation for my ABC branch change? No. The business hours for your branch will remain the same.

Will I still be able to do the same banking activities at my branch? Yes. You will still be able to conduct the same banking transactions at your local branch. After June 8, 2018 you will also have additional banking services available: Health Savings Accounts, Prepaid gift and reloadable cards, PAYDAY Payroll Cards, foreign currency purchase and redemption, and other specialized loan programs and Cash Management Services. Does Old Second have other branches in the Chicago area? Yes. Old Second Bank has 25 other full service locations in Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will counties in Illinois. You will be able to transact your banking at any Old Second location on June 11, 2018. For other Old Second locations go to www.oldsecond.com/locations.

Will the staff stay the same at my ABC Bank branch? You will continue to see many of the same familiar faces in your branch.

Will my account numbers change? Most checking, savings, and loan account numbers will remain the same but the bank ABA routing number will change to 071900760. After June 8th the new routing number will need to be used when setting up new direct

deposit, ACH credits or debits, or wire transfers from your account.

If your account number does need to be changed, a banker will contact you prior to account conversion. Do I have to contact companies to change the routing number on any direct deposit, or automated payments to or from my account? No. All recurring automated debits or credits from or to outside companies should continue as scheduled and there should be no interruptions.

Will my deposit account type change? Yes. Your ABC checking, savings, or money market account types will change. On page 6 of this guide, you will find account conversion information. This will tell you what your new account will be and the basic features. A Commercial Deposit Service Fees & Account Disclosures booklet is included in this packet.

If you have a certificate of deposit (CD), there will be no change to your CD rate or terms until the first maturity after June 8, 2018. Approximately twenty days prior to the maturity date of your certificate of deposit, you will receive a maturity notice with new terms and conditions that will apply.

Will I still be able to use my ABC Bank checks, deposit tickets, and endorsement stamp? Yes. Even though the ABA routing number is changing, your current checks and deposit tickets will not need to be replaced. Also any outstanding checks, debits or credits will continue to clear.

The next time you order checks the routing number will need to be changed on the check order. If you order new checks through Harland Clarke, ABC Bank’s and Old Second Bank’s preferred check vendor, you just need to place your order and the routing number and bank name will automatically change. If you order checks through a different check provider, you will need to provide them with the name Old Second National Bank and the new routing number. Please

contact your banker or call Old Second Customer Support at 877-866-0202 if you have questions.

After conversion, you can request that your banker order you a new endorsement stamp at no cost or you can call Customer Support at 877-866-0202 and request that a new endorsement stamp be ordered to replace your ABC Bank endorsement stamp.

Will anything change on my commercial loan or line of credit? The rate, terms and conditions of your loan or line will remain the same until the loan matures, is renewed or modified. The only change at this time will be that the line or loan will be held by Old Second National Bank.

If you receive an activity or billing statement for your line or loan, you will receive a final ABC Bank activity statement as of the end of business on June 8, 2018. You will continue to receive activity or billing statements from Old Second Bank on your normal date.

If I have money automatically transferred from my ABC checking account to my ABC loan or savings account will the transfers still occur after conversion? Yes. If you have transfers between deposit or loan accounts set-up to occur automatically, the transfers will continue in the same amount, with the same frequency and on the same dates.

When will I receive my checking or savings account statement? You will receive a final ABC Bank deposit statement which includes all activity through the end of business on June 8, 2018. Your Old Second checking and money market account will cycle at the end of each month. Your savings account will continue to cycle on the calendar quarter.

If I currently receive electronic statements on my accounts, will I still receive them electronically? Yes. Old Second will continue to provide electronic statements. You will need to re-enroll for eStatements through O2 Online Banking. Your Old Second Bank statements can then

be viewed or downloaded from your O2 Online Banking account. Your last ABC statement is a paper statement.

After June 8, 2018, who do I contact if I have questions on my former ABC account? You can call your local branch or the Old Second Support Center at 877-866-0202.

Will my ABC Debit Card work after June 8, 2018? Your ABC Debit MasterCard® will work until Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 7 a.m.

When will I receive my new debit card and when can I start using it? Your new Old Second Debit Card powered by Discover® should arrive in the mail June 1-6, 2018. You will be able to activate your new Old Second Debit Card when you receive it but you will not be able to use the card until Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. More detailed information on your debit card will be mailed to you on May 18, 2018.

Currently if I use a non ABC Bank ATM that is part of the STAR® network, I can avoid surcharge fees (fees charged by the ATM owner). Can I continue to avoid these surcharge fees? Yes. The Star® network ATMs will no longer be surcharge-free because Old Second is not a member. Old Second is a member of the surcharge free MoneyPass® ATM Network with over 25,000 ATMs nationwide. Old Second also owns a network of over 60 ATMs located in the Chicagoland area. Download the MoneyPass® App on your smart phone for easy access to locations of surcharge free MoneyPass® ATMs.

Will I have continued access to my ABC Bank Online Banking and Bill Pay? Your ABC Online Banking account will not be available after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Bill Pay will be disabled on June 4, 2018. You will no longer be able to schedule or cancel payments or view

bill pay history including payee information. Any payments scheduled prior to June 8, 2018 will still be processed.

We recommend that you print or save screen shots of any information from your ABC Bank Online Banking account that you want to keep for your records.

If I have ABC Online Banking, will I automatically be set up for O2 Online Banking? Yes. The week of June 4, 2018, you will receive an email with your new Online Banking ID, your temporary password and instructions on how to activate your account. All of your accounts that are set up on ABC Online Banking will be added to your new Old Second Online account. No history of account activity will be carried over.

Will my ABC Bill Pay payee information and any recurring payments I set up be carried over to my account? Yes. Your payee information should be added to O2 BillPay as well as scheduled recurring payments. EBills will no longer be available with O2 BillPay. Please carefully check your BillPay payees and scheduled payments to make sure that they are correct.

How will my ABC Bank Online Cash Management services transition over to Old Second’s Online Cash Manager? Old Second Bank’s Treasury Management team along with our Treasury Management Support team will assist you in transferring over your current Cash Management services. You will be receiving additional information for each service that will help explain what steps need to be taken for a smooth transition. Our Treasury Support team can be reached at 630-966-2455 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist you with any questions you may have related to set-up, use or functionality of your specific cash management services.

Does Old Second have mobile banking? Yes, Old Second has a Mobile Banking app for both Android™ and iOS® devices. Old Second’s Mobile Banking can

be set up by downloading the O2 Mobile App to your device. Mobile Banking has many of the robust capabilities that O2 Online Banking has with the added time saving Mobile Deposit function. Compatible Android™ and iOS® devices have Touch ID® Fingerprint Authentication.

In addition, through online banking you can set up Text Banking for receiving quick balance and activity with a simple text command.

Will my business still have access to make check deposits using EZDeposit and will my scanner still work? You will be able to make check deposits using your ABC Bank EZDeposit until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Your EZDeposit account will be disabled at that time.

Old Second Bank offers a very similar product called O2 Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) that works with your current EZDeposit scanner.

What happens to Merchant Card Processing services after June 8, 2018? Both ABC Bank and Old Second use Elavon Card Processing, so you should see no change to card processing services at account conversion. What if I have personal accounts and loans? If you have personal accounts or loans, you will receive a separate Personal Guide with information on the conversion of your accounts and loans to Old Second accounts and loans. Your banker can also answer any questions you may have.

Will my deposit account type change? Yes. Your ABC checking, savings, or money market account types will change. On page 6 of this guide, you will find account conversion information. How will my ABC Bank Online Cash Management services transition over to Old Second’s Online Cash Manager? Commercial LoansThere will be no change to the rates, payment schedule, terms or structure of your commercial loans or lines of credit. Your loan number will remain the same. You can continue to make your payment at any Old Second Bank location, auto deduct from your Old Second checking or money market account, mail to Old Second or any other method you are currently using. Deposit Bank StatementsYou will receive a final checking, money market, or savings statement from ABC Bank that will contain activity through the close of business on June 8, 2018. This will be a paper statement. Your Old Second Bank checking and money market statement will be a month end statement. This will result in two June statements on your account. Your Old Second Savings account statement will be produced on the calendar quarter unless you have activity that triggers a monthly statement.

If you are receiving electronic statements from ABC Bank you will need to re-enroll in O2 eStatements through O2 Online Banking by clicking on the eStatement tab at the top of the page and follow the confirmation process. Old Second encourages the receipt of eStatements to avoid the $5.00 monthly fee that applies to receiving paper statements on your checking accounts. If you are receiving electronic statements from ABC Bank you will need to re-enroll in O2 eStatements through O2 Online Banking by clicking on the eStatement tab at the top of the page and follow the confirmation process. Old Second encourages the receipt of eStatements to avoid the $5.00 monthly fee that applies to receiving paper statements on your checking accounts. Old Second also offers an alternative secure email delivery option that enables you to have your statement sent to additional recipients such as your accountant. Certificates of Deposit (CD)There will be no changes to the rates, terms, early withdrawal penalties or your interest disposition on your current Certificates of Deposit until the first maturity date after June 8, 2018. Online Banking and Bill PayYou will have access to view your ABC Bank Online Banking account until 4 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Prior to that cut-off, we recommend that you print or save any history or account information that you may need for your records. The activity information on your ABC Bank Online Banking account will not be transferred over to your O2 Online Banking account. (Your account information will be available and can be provided upon your request.)

If you have ABC Bank Bill Pay, it will be disabled on June 4, 2018, and you will no longer be able to view, schedule or change payments. Any payments scheduled prior to June 8, 2018 will still be processed. Your Bill Pay information should be transferred automatically to O2 BillPay as well as your scheduled recurring payments.

Please take the time to verify that your BillPay information is correct.

The week of June 4, 2018, you will receive an email from Old Second with your Online Banking ID, your temporary password and instructions on activating your new O2 Online Banking account. Will the name of my bank change? Yes. At the close of business on April 19, 2018, Old Second National Bank headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, purchased ABC Bank. ABC Bank branches will become branches of Old Second National Bank. Signage changes on the bank will not occur until the weekend of June 9, 2018. Your ABC Bank deposit, loan and safe deposit box accounts will be converted to Old Second Bank accounts at the close of business on Friday, June 8, 2018.

Will the hours of operation for my ABC branch change? No. The business hours for your branch will remain the same.

Will I still be able to do the same banking activities at my branch? Yes. You will still be able to conduct the same banking transactions at your local branch. After June 8, 2018 you will also have additional banking services available: Health Savings Accounts, Prepaid gift and reloadable cards, PAYDAY Payroll Cards, foreign currency purchase and redemption, and other specialized loan programs and Cash Management Services. Does Old Second have other branches in the Chicago area? Yes. Old Second Bank has 25 other full service locations in Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will counties in Illinois. You will be able to transact your banking at any Old Second location on June 11, 2018. For other Old Second locations go to www.oldsecond.com/locations.

Will the staff stay the same at my ABC Bank branch? You will continue to see many of the same familiar faces in your branch.

Will my account numbers change? Most checking, savings, and loan account numbers will remain the same but the bank ABA routing number will change to 071900760. After June 8th the new routing number will need to be used when setting up new direct

deposit, ACH credits or debits, or wire transfers from your account.

If your account number does need to be changed, a banker will contact you prior to account conversion. Do I have to contact companies to change the routing number on any direct deposit, or automated payments to or from my account? No. All recurring automated debits or credits from or to outside companies should continue as scheduled and there should be no interruptions.

Will my deposit account type change? Yes. Your ABC checking, savings, or money market account types will change. On page 6 of this guide, you will find account conversion information. This will tell you what your new account will be and the basic features. A Commercial Deposit Service Fees & Account Disclosures booklet is included in this packet.

If you have a certificate of deposit (CD), there will be no change to your CD rate or terms until the first maturity after June 8, 2018. Approximately twenty days prior to the maturity date of your certificate of deposit, you will receive a maturity notice with new terms and conditions that will apply.

Will I still be able to use my ABC Bank checks, deposit tickets, and endorsement stamp? Yes. Even though the ABA routing number is changing, your current checks and deposit tickets will not need to be replaced. Also any outstanding checks, debits or credits will continue to clear.

The next time you order checks the routing number will need to be changed on the check order. If you order new checks through Harland Clarke, ABC Bank’s and Old Second Bank’s preferred check vendor, you just need to place your order and the routing number and bank name will automatically change. If you order checks through a different check provider, you will need to provide them with the name Old Second National Bank and the new routing number. Please

contact your banker or call Old Second Customer Support at 877-866-0202 if you have questions.

After conversion, you can request that your banker order you a new endorsement stamp at no cost or you can call Customer Support at 877-866-0202 and request that a new endorsement stamp be ordered to replace your ABC Bank endorsement stamp.

Will anything change on my commercial loan or line of credit? The rate, terms and conditions of your loan or line will remain the same until the loan matures, is renewed or modified. The only change at this time will be that the line or loan will be held by Old Second National Bank.

If you receive an activity or billing statement for your line or loan, you will receive a final ABC Bank activity statement as of the end of business on June 8, 2018. You will continue to receive activity or billing statements from Old Second Bank on your normal date.

If I have money automatically transferred from my ABC checking account to my ABC loan or savings account will the transfers still occur after conversion? Yes. If you have transfers between deposit or loan accounts set-up to occur automatically, the transfers will continue in the same amount, with the same frequency and on the same dates.

When will I receive my checking or savings account statement? You will receive a final ABC Bank deposit statement which includes all activity through the end of business on June 8, 2018. Your Old Second checking and money market account will cycle at the end of each month. Your savings account will continue to cycle on the calendar quarter.

If I currently receive electronic statements on my accounts, will I still receive them electronically? Yes. Old Second will continue to provide electronic statements. You will need to re-enroll for eStatements through O2 Online Banking. Your Old Second Bank statements can then

be viewed or downloaded from your O2 Online Banking account. Your last ABC statement is a paper statement.

After June 8, 2018, who do I contact if I have questions on my former ABC account? You can call your local branch or the Old Second Support Center at 877-866-0202.

Will my ABC Debit Card work after June 8, 2018? Your ABC Debit MasterCard® will work until Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 7 a.m.

When will I receive my new debit card and when can I start using it? Your new Old Second Debit Card powered by Discover® should arrive in the mail June 1-6, 2018. You will be able to activate your new Old Second Debit Card when you receive it but you will not be able to use the card until Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. More detailed information on your debit card will be mailed to you on May 18, 2018.

Currently if I use a non ABC Bank ATM that is part of the STAR® network, I can avoid surcharge fees (fees charged by the ATM owner). Can I continue to avoid these surcharge fees? Yes. The Star® network ATMs will no longer be surcharge-free because Old Second is not a member. Old Second is a member of the surcharge free MoneyPass® ATM Network with over 25,000 ATMs nationwide. Old Second also owns a network of over 60 ATMs located in the Chicagoland area. Download the MoneyPass® App on your smart phone for easy access to locations of surcharge free MoneyPass® ATMs.

Will I have continued access to my ABC Bank Online Banking and Bill Pay? Your ABC Online Banking account will not be available after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Bill Pay will be disabled on June 4, 2018. You will no longer be able to schedule or cancel payments or view

bill pay history including payee information. Any payments scheduled prior to June 8, 2018 will still be processed.

We recommend that you print or save screen shots of any information from your ABC Bank Online Banking account that you want to keep for your records.

If I have ABC Online Banking, will I automatically be set up for O2 Online Banking? Yes. The week of June 4, 2018, you will receive an email with your new Online Banking ID, your temporary password and instructions on how to activate your account. All of your accounts that are set up on ABC Online Banking will be added to your new Old Second Online account. No history of account activity will be carried over.

Will my ABC Bill Pay payee information and any recurring payments I set up be carried over to my account? Yes. Your payee information should be added to O2 BillPay as well as scheduled recurring payments. EBills will no longer be available with O2 BillPay. Please carefully check your BillPay payees and scheduled payments to make sure that they are correct.

How will my ABC Bank Online Cash Management services transition over to Old Second’s Online Cash Manager? Old Second Bank’s Treasury Management team along with our Treasury Management Support team will assist you in transferring over your current Cash Management services. You will be receiving additional information for each service that will help explain what steps need to be taken for a smooth transition. Our Treasury Support team can be reached at 630-966-2455 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist you with any questions you may have related to set-up, use or functionality of your specific cash management services.

Does Old Second have mobile banking? Yes, Old Second has a Mobile Banking app for both Android™ and iOS® devices. Old Second’s Mobile Banking can

be set up by downloading the O2 Mobile App to your device. Mobile Banking has many of the robust capabilities that O2 Online Banking has with the added time saving Mobile Deposit function. Compatible Android™ and iOS® devices have Touch ID® Fingerprint Authentication.

In addition, through online banking you can set up Text Banking for receiving quick balance and activity with a simple text command.

Will my business still have access to make check deposits using EZDeposit and will my scanner still work? You will be able to make check deposits using your ABC Bank EZDeposit until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Your EZDeposit account will be disabled at that time.

Old Second Bank offers a very similar product called O2 Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) that works with your current EZDeposit scanner.

Prior to June 8th, you will receive information on how to uninstall your EZDeposit software on your current scanner and how to install O2 Remote Deposit Capture software to your current scanner.

What happens to Merchant Card Processing services after June 8, 2018? Both ABC Bank and Old Second use Elavon Card Processing, so you should see no change to card processing services at account conversion. If any changes will be required, one of our Treasury Management team members will contact you.

What if I have personal accounts and loans? If you have personal accounts or loans, you will receive a separate Personal Guide with information on the conversion of your accounts and loans to Old Second accounts and loans. Your banker can also answer any questions you may have.

Commercial LoansThere will be no change to the rates, payment schedule, terms or structure of your commercial loans or lines of credit. Your loan number will remain the same. You can continue to make your payment at any Old Second Bank location, auto deduct from your Old Second checking or money market account, mail to Old Second or any other method you are currently using. Payments can be mailed to Old Second National Bank: 37 S. River Street, Aurora, Illinois, 60506.

Deposit Bank StatementsYou will receive a final checking, money market, or savings statement from ABC Bank that will contain activity through the close of business on June 8, 2018. This will be a paper statement. Your Old Second Bank checking and money market statement will be a month end statement. This will result in two June statements on your account. Your Old Second Savings account statement will be produced on the calendar quarter unless you have activity that triggers a monthly statement.

If you are receiving electronic statements from ABC Bank you will need to re-enroll in O2 eStatements through O2 Online Banking by clicking on the eStatement tab at the top of the page and follow the confirmation process. Old Second encourages the receipt of eStatements to avoid the $5.00 monthly fee that applies to receiving paper statements on your checking accounts. Old Second also offers an alternative secure email delivery option that enables you to have your statement sent to additional recipients such as your accountant. Call and ask us about your best eStatement option.

Certificates of Deposit (CD)There will be no changes to the rates, terms, early withdrawal penalties or your interest disposition on your current Certificates of Deposit until the first maturity date after June 8, 2018. Approximately 20 days prior to the maturity date of your CD, you will receive new terms and conditions including changes to early withdrawal penalties.

For balance and other information on your CDs, you can request your CDs be added to your O2 Online Banking account, request your CD information be combined with your checking or savings statement, or call our automated free 24 hour system (INFOLINE) at 888-892-6565.

Debit CardYou should receive your new O2 Debit Card on or shortly after June 1, 2018. You can activate your new card at any time by following the instructions included with the card. The card cannot be used until after 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Your ABC Bank card will no longer work after 7 a.m. on Sunday, June 10, 2018.

On May 18, 2018, you will be mailed additional information on the O2 Debit Card including information on our SecurLOCK™ Equip App that allows you to manage your debit card, MoneyPass® Surcharge Free ATM Network and App, and also other great benefits.

Online Banking and Bill PayYou will have access to view your ABC Bank Online Banking account until 4 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Prior to that cut-off, we recommend that you print or save any history or account information that you may need for your records. The activity information on your ABC Bank Online Banking account will not be transferred over to your O2 Online Banking account. (Your account information will be available and can be provided upon your request.)

If you have ABC Bank Bill Pay, it will be disabled on June 4, 2018, and you will no longer be able to view, schedule or change payments. Any payments scheduled prior to June 8, 2018 will still be processed. Your Bill Pay information should be transferred automatically to O2 BillPay as well as your scheduled recurring payments.

Please take the time to verify that your BillPay information is correct.

The week of June 4, 2018, you will receive an email from Old Second with your Online Banking ID, your temporary password and instructions on activating your new O2 Online Banking account. Your O2 Online Banking account will be set-up with the same accounts that appeared on your ABC Bank Online Banking account. You will not see any activity until transactions start clearing your account after conversion.

O2 Online Banking is a user friendly, functional online banking system. Besides viewing account balances and transactions on deposit and loan accounts you can: transfer between accounts, make loan payments, set up account and personal alerts, enroll and view your eStatements, order checks, set up and schedule bill payments and manage mobile or text banking.

Online Cash ManagerYour ABC Bank online Cash Management service will be migrated to O2 Online Cash Manager—a customizable cash/treasury management system. O2 Cash Manager helps you manage your cash flow online with the functionality to initiate ACH batches, perform wire transfers, upload and manage positive pay files, and allows for self-administration of user access and authorization levels. You will be receiving additional information for each product that your business currently utilizes that will explain what steps need to be taken for a smooth transition. Mobile Banking & Text BankingO2 Mobile Banking can be set-up by downloading the O2 App to your Android™ or iOS® device. O2 Mobile Banking offers many of the same account management options as you will find in our user friendly online banking service with the added ability to make mobile deposits through your O2 App.

If you need a quick way to check your balances or last account activity, set up O2 Text Banking through the Options Tab on your O2 Online Banking account. Simple to set up and easy to use.

Remote Deposit ProductsOld Second Bank offers 2 options for depositing checks remotely. O2 Remote Deposit Capture allows you to perform high volume deposits from your desktop using a scanner via the internet. O2 Mobile Deposit is available via our Mobile Banking app and allows you to perform deposits on the go. This deposit solution is for low volume depositors.

If you use ABC Bank EZDeposit, you will no longer be able to use it after 4:00 p.m on Friday, June 8, 2018. Your current scanner should be compatible with O2 Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). You will need to uninstall EZDeposit from your scanner and install O2 Remote Deposit Capture on June 11, 2018. We will be sending you instructions on how to uninstall the EZDeposit software and install the O2 RDC software. Old Second’s Treasury Management Support team can be reached at 630-966-2455, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist you.

Will the name of my bank change? Yes. At the close of business on April 19, 2018, Old Second National Bank headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, purchased ABC Bank. ABC Bank branches will become branches of Old Second National Bank. Signage changes on the bank will not occur until the weekend of June 9, 2018. Your ABC Bank deposit, loan and safe deposit box accounts will be converted to Old Second Bank accounts at the close of business on Friday, June 8, 2018.

Will the hours of operation for my ABC branch change? No. The business hours for your branch will remain the same.

Will I still be able to do the same banking activities at my branch? Yes. You will still be able to conduct the same banking transactions at your local branch. After June 8, 2018 you will also have additional banking services available: Health Savings Accounts, Prepaid gift and reloadable cards, PAYDAY Payroll Cards, foreign currency purchase and redemption, and other specialized loan programs and Cash Management Services. Does Old Second have other branches in the Chicago area? Yes. Old Second Bank has 25 other full service locations in Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle, and Will counties in Illinois. You will be able to transact your banking at any Old Second location on June 11, 2018. For other Old Second locations go to www.oldsecond.com/locations.

Will the staff stay the same at my ABC Bank branch? You will continue to see many of the same familiar faces in your branch.

Will my account numbers change? Most checking, savings, and loan account numbers will remain the same but the bank ABA routing number will change to 071900760. After June 8th the new routing number will need to be used when setting up new direct

deposit, ACH credits or debits, or wire transfers from your account.

If your account number does need to be changed, a banker will contact you prior to account conversion. Do I have to contact companies to change the routing number on any direct deposit, or automated payments to or from my account? No. All recurring automated debits or credits from or to outside companies should continue as scheduled and there should be no interruptions.

Will my deposit account type change? Yes. Your ABC checking, savings, or money market account types will change. On page 6 of this guide, you will find account conversion information. This will tell you what your new account will be and the basic features. A Commercial Deposit Service Fees & Account Disclosures booklet is included in this packet.

If you have a certificate of deposit (CD), there will be no change to your CD rate or terms until the first maturity after June 8, 2018. Approximately twenty days prior to the maturity date of your certificate of deposit, you will receive a maturity notice with new terms and conditions that will apply.

Will I still be able to use my ABC Bank checks, deposit tickets, and endorsement stamp? Yes. Even though the ABA routing number is changing, your current checks and deposit tickets will not need to be replaced. Also any outstanding checks, debits or credits will continue to clear.

The next time you order checks the routing number will need to be changed on the check order. If you order new checks through Harland Clarke, ABC Bank’s and Old Second Bank’s preferred check vendor, you just need to place your order and the routing number and bank name will automatically change. If you order checks through a different check provider, you will need to provide them with the name Old Second National Bank and the new routing number. Please

contact your banker or call Old Second Customer Support at 877-866-0202 if you have questions.

After conversion, you can request that your banker order you a new endorsement stamp at no cost or you can call Customer Support at 877-866-0202 and request that a new endorsement stamp be ordered to replace your ABC Bank endorsement stamp.

Will anything change on my commercial loan or line of credit? The rate, terms and conditions of your loan or line will remain the same until the loan matures, is renewed or modified. The only change at this time will be that the line or loan will be held by Old Second National Bank.

If you receive an activity or billing statement for your line or loan, you will receive a final ABC Bank activity statement as of the end of business on June 8, 2018. You will continue to receive activity or billing statements from Old Second Bank on your normal date.

If I have money automatically transferred from my ABC checking account to my ABC loan or savings account will the transfers still occur after conversion? Yes. If you have transfers between deposit or loan accounts set-up to occur automatically, the transfers will continue in the same amount, with the same frequency and on the same dates.

When will I receive my checking or savings account statement? You will receive a final ABC Bank deposit statement which includes all activity through the end of business on June 8, 2018. Your Old Second checking and money market account will cycle at the end of each month. Your savings account will continue to cycle on the calendar quarter.

If I currently receive electronic statements on my accounts, will I still receive them electronically? Yes. Old Second will continue to provide electronic statements. You will need to re-enroll for eStatements through O2 Online Banking. Your Old Second Bank statements can then

be viewed or downloaded from your O2 Online Banking account. Your last ABC statement is a paper statement.

After June 8, 2018, who do I contact if I have questions on my former ABC account? You can call your local branch or the Old Second Support Center at 877-866-0202.

Will my ABC Debit Card work after June 8, 2018? Your ABC Debit MasterCard® will work until Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 7 a.m.

When will I receive my new debit card and when can I start using it? Your new Old Second Debit Card powered by Discover® should arrive in the mail June 1-6, 2018. You will be able to activate your new Old Second Debit Card when you receive it but you will not be able to use the card until Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. More detailed information on your debit card will be mailed to you on May 18, 2018.

Currently if I use a non ABC Bank ATM that is part of the STAR® network, I can avoid surcharge fees (fees charged by the ATM owner). Can I continue to avoid these surcharge fees? Yes. The Star® network ATMs will no longer be surcharge-free because Old Second is not a member. Old Second is a member of the surcharge free MoneyPass® ATM Network with over 25,000 ATMs nationwide. Old Second also owns a network of over 60 ATMs located in the Chicagoland area. Download the MoneyPass® App on your smart phone for easy access to locations of surcharge free MoneyPass® ATMs.

Will I have continued access to my ABC Bank Online Banking and Bill Pay? Your ABC Online Banking account will not be available after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Bill Pay will be disabled on June 4, 2018. You will no longer be able to schedule or cancel payments or view

bill pay history including payee information. Any payments scheduled prior to June 8, 2018 will still be processed.

We recommend that you print or save screen shots of any information from your ABC Bank Online Banking account that you want to keep for your records.

If I have ABC Online Banking, will I automatically be set up for O2 Online Banking? Yes. The week of June 4, 2018, you will receive an email with your new Online Banking ID, your temporary password and instructions on how to activate your account. All of your accounts that are set up on ABC Online Banking will be added to your new Old Second Online account. No history of account activity will be carried over.

Will my ABC Bill Pay payee information and any recurring payments I set up be carried over to my account? Yes. Your payee information should be added to O2 BillPay as well as scheduled recurring payments. EBills will no longer be available with O2 BillPay. Please carefully check your BillPay payees and scheduled payments to make sure that they are correct.

How will my ABC Bank Online Cash Management services transition over to Old Second’s Online Cash Manager? Old Second Bank’s Treasury Management team along with our Treasury Management Support team will assist you in transferring over your current Cash Management services. You will be receiving additional information for each service that will help explain what steps need to be taken for a smooth transition. Our Treasury Support team can be reached at 630-966-2455 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist you with any questions you may have related to set-up, use or functionality of your specific cash management services.

Does Old Second have mobile banking? Yes, Old Second has a Mobile Banking app for both Android™ and iOS® devices. Old Second’s Mobile Banking can

be set up by downloading the O2 Mobile App to your device. Mobile Banking has many of the robust capabilities that O2 Online Banking has with the added time saving Mobile Deposit function. Compatible Android™ and iOS® devices have Touch ID® Fingerprint Authentication.

In addition, through online banking you can set up Text Banking for receiving quick balance and activity with a simple text command.

Will my business still have access to make check deposits using EZDeposit and will my scanner still work? You will be able to make check deposits using your ABC Bank EZDeposit until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018. Your EZDeposit account will be disabled at that time.

Old Second Bank offers a very similar product called O2 Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) that works with your current EZDeposit scanner.

Prior to June 8th, you will receive information on how to uninstall your EZDeposit software on your current scanner and how to install O2 Remote Deposit Capture software to your current scanner.

What happens to Merchant Card Processing services after June 8, 2018? Both ABC Bank and Old Second use Elavon Card Processing, so you should see no change to card processing services at account conversion. If any changes will be required, one of our Treasury Management team members will contact you.

What if I have personal accounts and loans? If you have personal accounts or loans, you will receive a separate Personal Guide with information on the conversion of your accounts and loans to Old Second accounts and loans. Your banker can also answer any questions you may have.
