Heat pan. Quickly ADD and CUT carrot cake into small pieces with frying ladle.
FRY CARROTCAKE till golden
brown.
Push carrot cake aside and leave a hole at middle.

ADD PRESERVED RADISH, GARLIC & CHILLI SAUCE.
