Hearing Components Inc., a manufacturer of noise canceling hearing tips, occupies the entire 32,800 square foot building on a long-term lease. The building was built in 1997 and features 18’ clear heights and two loading docks. The acquisition closed on December 14, 2017 and SR Realty Trust partnered on the acquisition with three individuals using proceeds from Section 1031 exchanges. The 8,800 square foot retail center is 100% leased to six tenants, including a restaurant, hair salon, and coffee shop. Two of the tenants have occupied the building for over 25 years.
